Immediately raised price after I reached out through website. Called and they wouldn’t explain why the price went up or lower it again. Told me they would ask the boss and call me back and never did.

i made an appointment and when i go there there's nobody then one person came out and said they don't have anyone in yet i have to wait
and they made me wait for 2 hours just sitting down. then the manager called me telling me to come next week. not even the worst part then i
was like is the price is negotiable she said oh u have to put down the down payment in order to negotiable doesn't make any sense i don't
know how this place has 4.8 stars 0 stars worst dealership bad customer service.

The dealer promptly responded. But my schedule did not permit travelling a long distance to see the car. Quite inconvenient. But I am still interested in the vehicle if still a available. I shall contact the dealer in due course.

Liars and crooked and thugs ! Contacted dealer, agreed on the advertised
price. After travelling for 650 miles all the way from Kentucky, the crooked
unethical dealer changed the price increasing it by $5000. He claims that was
a additional fee (hidden fee) within the ad. So I would wind up paying $35000
NOT $30,000 as advertised. Shameless dealer!

Got a quick email response from Julia who was
very nice. Then I called and scheduled a visit.
Julia was there and had one of the guys show me
the car I wanted. The owner Gabrielle was at the
auction with the dealer plate so I couldn’t test
drive. Julia took my information. She later
responded that the owner didn’t want my trade, a
perfectly good 2015 Subaru WRX Premium with
37K miles. When I countered, Gabrielle called
and offered to look at my trade so I drove back
but he didn’t want it. Gabrielle handed me the
key to the Glacier White Metallic 2015 Audi S7
and we went on a test drive. I knew I wanted this
car! I sold the WRX on my own for more money.
With the equity in that car I purchased the 2015
Audi S7. Chris from State Farm Bank came to me
to sign the loan paperwork and then drove me to
Imperial Auto Mall. The Audi was clean and
parked out front. Signing was easy because Julia
had everything ready. Gabrielle again handed me
the key to the 2015 Audi S7 but this time it was
mine.

Great experience! Alex is thorough - honest ( I mistakenly gave him $100 extra and he noticed, told me and returned the money). The car is just what I wanted a 2003 white Jaguar xj8 - It replaces a similar car that I cherished and I now have a new "old" one. His assistants are hard working and polite. I had an excellent experience and will refer others to Imperial Auto Mall..

We were cOntacted quickly. Courteous and offered a good
price. The only problem is that they didn't want our trade, a
2009 Honda Civic lx with 75k. So we would have to sell first
before making a purchase.
