Yes, I purchased the 2008 Honda Civic from E&S motors. Sam went the extra mile and got my daughters car financed. I had a great experience with this company.

They were the laziest most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They didn't even get out of their chairs to show me the vehicle. I was handed the keys and asked if I wanted to look at it and test drive it. I feel that I shouldn't be required to give them any stars!!!

I showed interest in a Honda Fit to replace a vehicle that was totalled, and asked for feedback from the dealer. I had an email in a very short time with further questions and details, and the ability to text or call Sam. He was wonderful to deal with, and answered any questions I had. There are a few scratches on the car, but it's 7 years old, and it's nothing that can'tbe fixed. I would go back to E & S Motors, and point people their way as well. The sales team was patient and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. They helped me find the perfect car for me. I love my new purchase!

I contacted the dealer several times with questions about a car I was interested in buying. I live 3+ hours away, so I tried to do a few things via email to determine if the car was what I wanted. I got timely answers from the dealer and felt they were trying to be helpful and open in the process. I did not end up buying the car because it just wasn't the right fit for what I was seeking, but my interaction with the dealer was good.

Very low pressure sales environment. Inventory is priced right and a good value. Very timely in communication and cars were well represented in their listings. Test drives were easy and zero pressure. I will look here first for my next car before I start shopping around. We bought a 2007 Civic that has proved an excellent first car for my daughter.

This is the second time we have bought a vehicle from E & S. Both vehicles were listed on their CarGuru page. We sent an inquiry via email and received a very timely response. The vehicle was as described in their ad. It was clean and ready for our test drive. We have nothing but good things to say about the way we were treated at the dealership by Sam and his staff. We would definitely refer friends and family to E & S based on the courtesy and professionalism extended to myself and my husband.

Not good,went down to look at truck today@ceck it out.AC was blowing Hot air,dash was cracked about 4ft,head rest was ripped, driver side mirror had a hole in it, truck smell like it has been smoked in, front end was shaking when driving. Was very dissatisfied with what I saw they did not show any of this just in pictures of the truck except for the worn drivers seat side. Salesman was not very professional!!!!

I contacted the dealer and they responded quickly. I went and test drove their truck. It had low miles but a hard life as advertised but found a few more things I didn't care for. Price wasn't negotiable on the vehicle so I passed.

Sam waived the paperwork fee & DELIVERED the VW Passat to my home more than 30 miles away last night.... THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANOTHER LEVEL!!!! I will be back for my next vehicle purchase!!!!! Very low end dealer. Inventory even worse. I'm hoping that no one actually saw me go in there. Was quite willing to deal was helpful with all kinds of credit but the targeted automobile was truly awful.

I bought a 2007 Mazda3 from this dealership. They were very easy to work with, no pressure, great communication. They replied immediately to any questions that I had throughout my 2 week car shopping experience. The price of the car was right in line with the NADA retail value, and I have had no issues with it. Very clean, great shape. My only negative remark is that the car was 1500 miles overdue for an oil change when we purchased it, a detail that escaped my attention until I drove it home. But over all, we had a great experience, they were very helpful, and I will check out their inventory when car shopping in the future.

Fantastic experience. We were in, did a test drive, worked a trade-in and got all the title/plate paperwork completed in less than 2 hours. The Honda Element we purchased looked even better than it did in the comprehensive pictures posted online. They also are quick to respond to an inquiry through CarGurus.
