Staff was helpful
Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was incredibly nice my only issue which is a big issue is that the two Dodge Ram 1500 trucks I looked at were completely rotted in the frame I put my finger through one of them

Answered my questions
Initial response was very fast. When I asked for additional information about the condition of the car, I was told it was good to go but not given any detail. Didn’t receive responses to my other questions. I could see that they called me a few times, but I was unable to talk on the phone at the times they were calling—that’s why I emailed them rather than calling in the first place—but when they called me they didn’t leave voicemail messages, and I received no other responses to my emails and text messages. I’m sure they’re great people; I just think communication is an area where they have room for improvement. :)

Drove 3 hours north to their lot to be told they wanted 1/3 of the price of the truck for down payment per “their bank”. Left immediately went to a dealership dropped 400 down for a newer truck then this and my monthly payment is still under 300. Not sure what bank they use but sounds super fishy to me.

The bank — not us — determined that due to high risk, a $3,000 down payment was required.

I have to say that this has been the easiest and most proficient way for me
to buy this particular vehicle. IMOL MOTORS LLC has helped
accommodate my disability by not having to wheel my wheelchair all over
the place and or crutching unannounced to look at a car, that I actually
probably would not have bought because of the distance. I have no idea
how to get to NJ let alone be able to leave my animals lone at home for 12
hours or maybe much longer. I am very happy with what IMOLA MOTORS
LLC has done for me to put me in my dream wheels, Thank You Very Much
The owner wasn't very friendly on the phone and when I have him a negative review he kept texting me over and over arguing with me calling my trade a piece of junk and lying about things I told him. I told him I just had a bunch of work done to my trade and he responded in the review that my car needed all kinds of repairs which was a lie. I told him there was a small rust spot on my fender and he said I. The reply to my review that my car was a rust bucket when he never even saw it. The salesman was very nice. But unfortunately I won't do business with them. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere.
