The employee who showed us the van was on time and very pleasant. The owner was late and condescending but no deal was made. No hard feelings. If the employee who showed that van was the one I had to deal with all the way through, probably would have purchased.

I'm sorry you feel this way, Ryan has done all test drive and explained we don't do discount. You compared other car with ours and that's the reason I stepped in try to explain to you there is no dealer would take 3k off from a used car especially a toyota. We would have had a deal with Ryan IF you didn't ask for discount or deep discount at the beginning with. Hope you had found the car that fit your budget and need.

I had an amazing experience.. mike, helped me every step of the way.. transparent and honest..
Drove 2 hours to get to this dealership only to not be taken seriously, even though I was preapproved through Capital One, one of their mentioned financial institutions. Mike said they didn't work with Capital One and he kept mentioning he had another buyer coming to look at the car; was supposed to call me back that same day but never did. A week later I get a email from him about the car. I took my business elsewhere and bought a Accord v6 touring instead with less miles.

Terrible. The show room was empty and the guy who greeted me had food on his face. There was a large language barrier. They are not a conventional dealership. They are a consignment type dealer with high end cars. There is NO negotiation so don't expect any. Very bad feeling about this place?? They don't know there cars and their own inventory.

We always allow the Pre Purchase Inspection which has to be done at the closest franchise dealer or the mechanic shops that we've been working with, customers are welcome to bring their mechanics for in site inspection as well, there are several reasonable reasons we don't allow inspection preform at the mechanic shops that we don't know or well known.
Distance - We can't drive 10, 20 or even 30 miles away from our store for inspection.
Time -We can't have our sales rep stay at the mechanic shop for hours.
