My experience with this dealership has been beyond awesome, bought a vehicle from them out of state I'm from Nevada, the process seemed a little daunting at first but Eric and Tony honestly made the experience very pleasant they were available for any questions or issues "which there were hardly any" had plenty of photos of the vehicle before purchase an extensive Carfax, all around 10 out of 10 experience. thank you guys!........

I called the dealership a day in advance to check the availability of a car, and they confirmed it was available. I drove almost 3 hours to check the car, and when I got there, the car needed a new engine. They said that they couldn't sell the car because the engine had issues. What a waste of time. dont waste your time and then they call me asking if i was still interested on the car . Ohh but they had sold the car to an other person what a scam

We made an appointment to see a car and drove up to the dealership. We were told on arrival that the salesperson had an emergency (but never texted us) and then we were informed they took a deposit on the car the night before. We were never informed and made a 2.5 hour drive. The people at the dealership remained seated, never faced us and treated us like we were an annoyance.

I came from 6 hours away to look at a BMW, though they wanted to ship it to me. Inside and out was filthy, even when they knew I was coming. Car had a broken windshield, body damage, interior damage, peeling vinyl wrap, and bald tires. I couldn't even drive it home if I wanted to. Then they gave me a hard time about buying my vehicle because it's from out of state and tried to lowball me versus the lowest online value ratings. Overall, an absolute SHAM. They want to ship cars out of state because they are absolute crap, but have expensive cars. They WILL con you! Don't waste your time.

I bought a car from this dealer. They’re description of the car just pour, the car has a lot of things that needs to be fix . For being a 60000 dollar car I thought I was gonna get in a better shape car. When I get to 65 mph. The car shakes and the driver side fender seams to be loose . It came without a rear mirror and the side view mirrors I have to move them with my bear hands. I took it to the washing machines and the seals are ripped all over the car , the wipers are in a bad shape and to be honest if I would it known it was this bad I would never buy the car . Please when buying a car from this dealer , check the car in person!!

Awful awful experience- contacted, was told the car was available but others were interested (hard sell). We got financing sorted with our credit union and drove down 6 hours from Monterey and spent the night while they were fixing stuff on the car because it sat on the lot neglected. Well the next morning we woke up to a text saying the owner decided they’ve invested too much in fixing the car and they needed to raise the price but didn’t tell us how much. So we went into the dealership to figure out a solution because we really wanted the car, had financing, and were already there. The owner started yelling at my husband saying he didn’t want to sell us the car because he’s way too upside down (how’s that our fault?) didn’t give us a price so we could meet in the middle, and kicked us out of the dealership. We drove another 6 hours home empty handed.
