Great to work with and very honest. Had a thirty minute conversation with the owner and you could tell he was a straight shooter. The only negative is that they were so busy I could never get a quote from them. I waited three days and then asked again but finally had to give up and buy somewhere else. Our family has bought here before and they are usually much faster. I’d go back if I needed a new car.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. I was negotiating a deal on a truck. I told him to let me look at the numbers, and he gave me his cell number since he was going home it was late. When I called the next day some else answered the phone and told me that my salesman was off that day. I told him that I was prepared to place a deposit on the truck. He would not accept the deposit and asked me that another person was coming in later to look at the truck. He also asked me if I had filled out a credit application. I told him I had my own credit approved, and I did not need another source. He told me that he may be able to get me better rate. I did not need any credit. He then told me to wait and see what this person was going to do about the truck. So my discussion with my salesman was to no avail since he was the manager. I lost the truck. He wanted to sell it to another person. Bad experience. I don’t trust this dealership. Stay away. Fred

My experience with the salesman was great. Getting the car to me was a little confusing, they were suppose to arrive Thursday, but they tried to contact me at 1:30 and I didn’t recognize the # as I never answer off #’s nor I was I told to expect a call, so my salesman called around 4:30 and said since no answer the driver went on down to Florida... so I assumed car was with him, but I was offered a next morning delivery for $300 so I said ok. Once they arrived with the car, I quickly took it to a car wash before my wife could see it due to a great deal of dirt inside the car especially on the driver side. The only other issue I had is the hood has 3 small chips in it that I thought they would have touched up, but they (dealership) said to that I could buy some touch and do it, and I can, as they said BMW passed its inspection and it was detailed. I’ll handle the chips as well as the detail, I got the car I wanted but it could’ve went a little better, I was pleased with Salesman.

$10,000 down payment for them. That sales man name Kevin was asking me for $10,000 he made me feel so bad and disqualified me on spot. Not the company but he’s not cooperating right with me as a customer. When I see someone puts money first and don’t care about me that’s not good. I know that I wanted to trade my f2018 y to op of the line Ford Escape and I owed money for it but his reactions were not pleasant. Dealer contacted me and was very nice and friendly
The car buying experience was ok until I drove the car home. They did not service that car. The car tire pressure was low, the car was dirty on the outside. I called the guy he said they service the car, I took the care to Mercedes Benz dealer, where they charged me $375 to service and detailed the car, when I called iq autos and told them what happened, and asked if I would be compensated for the money I paid, they told me there was nothing they could do. I was very diaspointed with that service. I will never do business with them again. I had two of my family members who wanted to go there but when I told them of the experience I had, they changed their minds. People need to be honest in doing business. Cause God don’t like ugly.

Friendly and responsive, told me the car was still available and I could come that evening. But after I was 2 hours in to my four and a half hour drive they called me and said they're selling it to someone else.

This was my first time buying a car with my own money. IQ was very helpful. They answered my calls and texts, they were very flexible in letting me take the car to my mechanic on the other side of town for an inspection (which came out great,) and they stayed late and long on a Saturday to help me get financing. Not to mention this was for the second cheapest car on the lot! Wonderful experience. I'm so glad the car I wanted was being sold here.

Quick call back, friendly and knowledgeable.
The staff was easy to talk with and helped
secure the credit union financing, but would not
help with the missing key to the vehicle over 600
dollars at the mercedes dealership only one key
to vehicle. Then two different types of tires on
vehicle BF Goodrich tires in the front and
Michelin Tires in the rear had to purchase two
more Michelin Tires to have a complete set. In
the two weeks of ownership no mechanical
problems to this point.

This has been my BEST on line buying experience that I
ever had. I dealt with a man by the name of Matt, talked to
him around 7:00 PM one day, we went over the car, all the
features, we discussed the price, and agreed that I would
buy it. My banker was out, so he did the financing, got me a
good rate, Sent out the papers, I signed them, and he had
my car delivered to me the very next day. They were
courteous, professional, and no pressure, and I am a Proud
customer.

Matt was excellent! It was like buying a car from one of my good friends. And
I found a great car at a fair price with a surprisingly low finance rate. This
dealer is just small enough to have great personalized service (everybody
was very helpful) ... and just big enough to have everything you need for a
good car buying experience. Like most people shopping for cars on the
internet, I came to look at one specific car. However, all of their cars on the
lot were very nice- I think you can just about throw darts and drive away
happy. Thanks guys!

Initial contact went well. I made an offer and the conversation ended with the salesman saying that after evaluating the offer he would contact me the following day. He did not call. I called back and left a voice mail asking what he had learned and where we stood. I received no further contact from the first salesman. The next day I received an email from salesman number two asking me what had happened to me and why there had been no further contact from me since my initial inquiry. I emailed him and explained that I had contacted IQ Auto and explained further that I had made an offer to the first salesman I had contact with, but I had not received any further contact from him or a counter offer. The second salesman said he would research my offer and let me know where we stood, The following day the second sales emailed me with what I considered a " low ball " trade-in value for my car. I have not responded to his assessment of the value of my trade-in and I am currently looking at other similar cars at other dealerships. .

Excellent product knowledge, best prices around. Folks, do your
research and you'll find that the cars IQautos offers some of the
best values for your money. I bought a "manufacturer buyback,"
that BMW repurchased due to some uneducated buyer
complaining about the engine turning off at a stop light (3 words,
Auto Start Stop.) I saved thousands on a car with full warranty
that BMW inspected prior to me purchasing. Oh, and I got a 100k
mile warranty too!! Loving the great MPGs too!!
