Fantastic dealership to work with! There customer service is beyond any I’ve ever dealt with, they are accommodating, knowledgeable and truly have a passion for helping their customers and making sure they are satisfied!

Salesperson was very responsive and great to work with. Management not. Advertised price required financing as advertised and sales manager would not agree to sell me the car for cash without utilizing their financing. I was a cash buyer. Manager suggested I finance the vehicle with him then pay off the loan in full after 4 months as a workaround. As a victim of identify theft, had no interest in opening up my credit to get the loan approved and I told him so. In fairness, upon further reading, the financing requirement was noted in the advertisement, but even when I asked if I could pay a bit more for the car in return for not using financing, I never heard back from the manager despite agreeing to think about it and get back to me. So, I was unable to buy an available used car in cash for the full asking price (or above) which has never happened to me before. But it is their business and their business practice and was in writing on the ad. This is why giving 2 stars, not 1.

Car history was not complete. This car had had a disabling accident and the dealer could not/would not provide the extent and details. We backed away feeling the level of risk was too high.

They made us feel at ease and made sure all questions were answered. And the fact that a lifetime powertrain warranty was included in the sale of our Dodge Grand Caravan is a huge plus. Had good contact with sales representative, test drove a G37xS at the beginning of the month, within two weeks I walked in at 2:45pm and was out the door with my purchased vehicle by 5:30pm. Up front dealer that doesn't attempt to pull shady dealings on you...which I wouldn't expect from a higher-end dealership. I'd definitely do business with them again, and recommend my friends and family who are all seemingly infatuated with Subaru to give them a try.

Never pursued a sales opportunity showed interest in a specific used car but nevertheless bought the car a week later following negotiated price reduction. It was comparatively a good deal.
