Didn't really help much, they were dishonest about what they could do with my car felt like they just wanted to run my credit & tell me to kick rocks not to mention whoever examined my car left my passenger seat soaking wet & their energy drink spilled all over my floor & inside side door

Leslie is awesome! I asked for a OTD PRICE with taxes delivery and all. I got the quote. Fit my budget. Money transferred, got my insurance. Just waiting for the car. Great dealer. They LISTEN to there customers. A+++++ service. No haggle. None of that "this is your OTD price if you finance with us and this is your OTd price if you pay cash b.s." like some other dealers do. This i90 was so easy NO HAGGLE EXCELLLENT DEALERSHIP. THANK YOU

Ad said it was a R-Spec, then I bought it, thinking
it was a R-Spec. A couple days later after the
purchase, I find out it's not a R-Spec. I
immediately called and they won't refund my
money. I never seen a car like this before, so I
didn't know the difference. I even asked the
salesman the difference, he said he don't know,
when most go and find out. So I trusted their ad,
I got ripped off! I just want my money back! I'd
expect this from a little dealership, but this is
Nissan I'm talking about. Buyers Beware! They
finally took the car back, and gave me my money
back. I went through a lot to get this
accomplished.

Nice...but did not listen to me when I said I only have so
much money that it...but they kept pushing....in a nut
shell they want me to pay off my car first they never look
in too see if my buy out was cheaper then I said...i just
did not have that money to give...

I was contacted within an hour by John, He was very accommodating, helpful and quite knowledgeable about a make they don't usually sell.
I-90 had the lowest price and lowest miles on the year, make, and package I was looking for. I feel like I robbed the place or I got something for free! I'd shop here again.

My response was very blunt. I was told the price listed was their best offer, then the price dropped. Good thing I'm not pressed to purchase a car. Maybe if they would have invited me or acted like there was some flexibility in the price, it would have been a better experience. I know what car I want, and I'm sure it's out there at the right price.
