Hello, I’m Sam Lutrin, Owner of I-10 Automotive Group. We are a family-owned, pre-owned dealership serving the greater Phoenix area and beyond. I began my automotive career in Tempe in 1989 and opened I-10 Automotive in 2009 after 20 years in the business. After relocating back to the East Valley in 2020, we continue to grow the dealership where I raised my daughter, Katelynn Joy Lutrin, whose strength and spirit remain a daily inspiration. We pride ourselves on integrity, transparency, and a relaxed, family-first culture. Salesman (Brandon) said he'd keep me updated on the status of a vehicle I inquired about, but just ended up ghosting me even after I reached out multiple times. Another saleswomen there was cold and rude taking the keys to test drive the vehicle we were applying for in the middle of our application. Won't ever be returning to this dealership!
This dealer would not honor the price that was listed on CarGurus. They told me it was just an estimate. When we had negotiated a price, they then did not honor that price. The salesman, Edwin, was great to work with. The manager, Shannon, was not. The email communication with him as unprofessional as his tone was rude and condescending. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I had a serous inquiry on this vehicle but the person that was helping me was very short in her responses requiring alot of effort for me to get the information needed to make a decision. I ultimately decided not to go through with this.
Platform let them get away with false advertising. They say the sale price is 12000 dollars and when you drive all the way across the valley they tell you its 16000 dollars. You
have to take mandatory services for 4000 dollars you will never use. Total waste of time sorry never using platform again I will use other platforms to review you and the

Salesman was very helpful and his information was much appreciated. Still might buy the truck.
Overall the experience was good, the only thing I did not like is that they do not check the vehicles for needed maintenance until its time to sell it. I purchased the truck and it needs some items replaced I was told to go back the next day to have them fixed. I do not live near the dealership I live over an hour away, after waiting for my repair I was told they will need to order the part needed. I let them know I cannot drive back up until this Saturday, it just sucks I wasted time and gas for what could have been avoided prior to me purchasing the truck.

Dealer uses 'Come-On' advertised price. Lists attractive Sale Price, too good to be true and it isn't. Inquire and learn they add
'reconditioning charge,' as in charge you for cleaning up and checking the automobile is safe, clean and suitable for sale. Then throw in a
charge for paint coating plus a "warranty on all interior and exterior surfaces" which I am certain is nonsense when a claim arises.
Why can't dealers cut to the chase, list the car at a fair profitable sale price? Why waste customers time with superfluous add ons to
advertised sale price. Disingenuous at the minimum.

I didn’t end up purchasing this car. The dealer would not honor the listing price advertised on car gurus. There was a lot of back and forth, but they would not budge to honor the listing price I found here.

This dealership wanted to add several thousand dollars to the advertised price. Example $999 for "Tri-shield" protection. What's that - a wax job? They also wanted to add $999 for a "safety addurance inspection" - basically they want to charge the customer a grand to make sure the car they are selling you is safe to drive. $800 dollars for "document fees" - this fee DID not cover title transfer - that was a separate charge ($41). The additional charges also did not include sales tax as this was going to be an out of state delivery in which I would need to file all my paperwork myself as well as pay taxes in my state for the vehicle purchase. They also jacked the delivery fee up $200 dollars from what CarGurus stated it would cost to ship. I did not purchase the vehicle because I do not do business with dealerships that advertise one price and then try to to stick the customer whit a bunch of made-up charges to bulk up the profits.

terrible experience honestly, called them over the phone they told me the truck would be no more than 24,000$ out the door, then when i got there i drove over an hour and they knew i lived far, i test drove the car and went to go talk numbers and they threw in 2 random fees one of them which is an inspection fee whoch should already be in the price and not on the customer, they tried saying 27,500$ out the door and i haggled it down to 25,800$ but still they couldnt go lower than that and then tells us to leave and drive safe with no apologies for the inconvenience of us wasting our time even though they told us before hand what the price would be

But these dealer add in fees are not right.
Cars advertised price was 24,000.
Added a little over 6 grand in insane market-ups.
Totaling: 30,539.00
When my wife heard this she said: “cut it”
As I’m well aware of now. - they were trying too make a quick buck.

He was perfect with his communication. And the deal on the car is great too. Waiting to see how long shipping the car will take.

I called on this truck because it was listed as a green Harley Davidson edition. I have never seen one so I
called them about it, when they called me back I learned it was a green king ranch. They did send me a video
walk around and I noticed it wasn't highly optioned like I am looking for they asked what options I wanted and
after telling them, they tried to tell me that the parking assist wasn't a common option and would be hard to find.
That is not the case over 50% of the trucks I look at have it, so I wasn't very trusting of them after that.
Sold the car out from under me. Not sure why the Carlot would offer me to test drive it. If you already had it sold to someone else.

Immediate follow up and prompt responses to questions
The carfax has this car at over 48k in miles via service reporting and the dealer says it only has 27k in miles what kind of a scam are they running turning back odometers is no joke…. Radio silence when called out the discrepancy must be more honest places to buy a car.

I’m in Leesburg Ga, the car in AZ, so I asked what if I get the car and for some reason something wrong with it and they told me that they will send pictures before I get car, salesperson sent pictures that I couldn’t make out it was. So I told them I was not interested.

BEWARE! Their idea of making a great deal is to bully until you hand over a cashiers check and sign.
No respect for my concerns and wanting to wait until morning. I was pressured and bullied to go to
the bank and get a cashiers check, Brian insisted I ride to the bank with their employee after I again
stated I needed to wait until morning to see what my paycheck is. I'm already distraut over my mom
passing and they did not give a darn. Then 30 minutes after signing, I told them I changed my mind
and don't want the car. They offered me no documents, just took my check, said sign here, and sent
me on my way. They refused to hand back my cashiers check. Now I am out $2,200. I cannot afford
to just tip them and that $2200 wiped out my bank account. They also LIE, swore they cut me a deal,
but the price never changed. I wonder how they sleep at night after cheating people. My bad for not
reading their reviews before I got sucker-punched. I learned the hard way.

This lady who is over the legal age of 18 I think she is really 55 went to her bank and got a cashiers check for the full amount and I can assure everyone we didn't hold her hostage. Notice she uses her mom to play the feel sorry for me card instead of just admitting she had buyers remorse. Two reps tried to help me I have a specialty vehicle I'm looking for which limits my only issue was the huge requirement down payment. My credit was a factor and the sales guy who assisted me last probably didn't want to waste any time on me without 3000 to put down. Shame because they had the right price. One word to describe this dealership is SHADY, me and
my wife came in to close the deal on an escalade
obviously prior to coming in I called Jerry and set a time
of 10am, he said great I'll see you then, we got tied up
doing something and made it at 2pm, we get there, get
seated and tell Jerry we came for the vehicle 1 hour
waiting, and they tell us the vehicle was just sold to
another couple that was there when we arrived, turns
out they negotiating with them while they made us wait
without saying a word, the sales manager was the
rudest, not professional at all, bottom line beware of
these people it seems like they treat business as bidding
war when it comes to buying a car, there ad says car
sales not car auction just saying... to bad there's no
option for a negative star....

Fast easy fair priced. Great experience.
All it took was one call for this 2013 GL450 and Jerry and his team got to work fast on my deal.By the time I got to the dealership financing was already prepared for me, they also accepted my trade. I was in and out sitting pretty in my new GL450. Showroom is a must see, not like your average dealership, more like a private showing & very family friendly with lots of entertainment. Jerry and his team are well experienced in the business, I did not feel rushed or pressured, they remained transparent through out the whole process. Definitely will be a repeat buyer to I-10 Premier Auto Sales.

Started out really well,,,,you know best friends like treatment. In the end, it was a disaster.
I didn't want to buy a car with 17-year-old tires so they stopped talking and relisted it for a
higher amount, And never did give me the total price with their add ons. Bought the same
car from another dealer without add ons and new tires.... and great treatment.

Horrible. After I explained to Darlene what would be on my credit report, she sent me an email saying “100% we can get you financing.” Ok great! So I fill out the application and then she responds back with some clarifying questions, and then nothing..... I even emailed her back a few days later asking for an update and she never responded. Purchasing a used vehicle on line from an unknown source in a strange city is
a roll of the dice to be sure. I've been searching for a used 2005 PT Cruiser for the last 2 yrs & came across what I felt was my perfect one. I emailed the dealer requesting more info. I had specific requirements & only wanted a top of the line vehicle. Within a few mins I rec'd a call from Mike & had a nice conversation. I told him exactly what I was looking for & he reassured me this vehicle met all my requirements. We agreed on a "Price Out The Door' if it did meet all my expectations. Set up a date for a test drive. Drove to Phoenix not really knowing what to expect. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the Agency & staff. Very clean & professional. Vehicle was everything Mike said it was. A real creampuff. Only took a short test drive to seal the deal. They honored the previously agreed price & the deal was done.

Came to check out a car and set up an appointment car...only to find out that the owner's wife was
using the car I was there to see as a daily. Not happy. Nice dealership, relatively nice sales people but
this situation wasn't great.
Nice selection of trucks, found one we loved. Deal was good to go, come in and bring in my old van and drive away with the truck. Quickly pulled an extensive stereo out of my van and headed over. Well something changed and the deal we had wouldn't work now, payment went up 130 a month. Wasted time, and I never woulda undid all my stereo work if I hadn't been told it was a solid deal. Sal was pleasant to work with though.

I had seen this dealership on my way to and from on the freeway. I was happy to find a car I've wanted for 13 years! I found the car via
CarGurus.com. Jerry was my sales person and he was phenomenal! I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I had a hefty down
payment, due to trying to re-establish my credit after a serious back injury. Jerry was very patient as I had to move money around to be
able to purchase the vehicle.
I am happy to say that my experience at I-10 Auto Sales was a great one! I like that they're a local small business and I appreciated the
family-like atmosphere and relaxed environment. They have tons of used cards under $10K, a great place to purchase a well taken-care of

The minute I mentioned I had bad credit they owner wouldnt make eye contact and was pretty rude. Left immediately knowing there was no way they would work with me. Bought a vehicle with 33.000 mi somewhere else.

Didn't bother sending me car fax report as promised. Hummm wonder if he'll give me the same excuse as, "Oh that's an easy fix and this is an easy fix."

I'm sorry you didn't get a car fax report. We have reports on every single vehicle in inventory. We our a huge supporter of car fax. We NEVER have to make excuses for our inventory! i feel we have the nicest cars under 10k in town. Please give us a shot.

Awesome service! The gentlemen there were professional but so so friendly! The owner was awesome and did everything he could to get me into the car I wanted with affordable payments! I even received an additional 2 year extended warranty! I already recommended their dealership to several friends and even my sister! Highly recommend!

This is a false statement. Customer wanted to purchase a car but refused to leave & 300.00 deposit which is our policy if you want us to hold a car for you. cust chose not to leave deposit so we sold it. Deposit is to protect both parties.
