Auto response was quick but took Herman a day to respond. Though never answered my questions. But I went ahead and asked for the total price out the door. A few days later (no responses) they sold it. So ppl purchasing a vehicle online aren’t taken serious I guess?? Or they don’t have time for them?? NFC Check in hand and ready to buy but…crickets and then sell it to someone else. If buying online, don’t shop here. You’ll be blown off if you do. A week of my time wasted…

I was very disappointed with this dealership. I had been in contact with a salesman and drove 3 hours to come look at the Highlander. I had check in hand ready to buy. When I got there the front bumper was scratched up really bad and had holes in it. I wasn’t told about this in advance, and the salesman and sales manager said “they didn’t know.”This was unacceptable and terrible customer service. I left and went to another dealership down the road and bought a vehicle from someone else.

Looked at another car at A sister store of capitol
Hyundai and the salesmen from there stated he
would go get the car from Capitol. Capitol stated
to the salesmen that someone had a deposit on
the car. When the salesmen returned and told me
what Capitol had told him, The salesman from
capitol then calls me and stated the if I want the
car to come put a down payment on the vehicle
to secure it. So essentially there would have been
two people putting money on the same car. They
don’t even have the car at capitol it is in a body
shop and has been for some time!! I wouldn’t
recommend this dealership to anyone

I had a very good experience at this dealership. The salesman was nice and easy to work with for the most part. It was easy for them however because I was ready to buy and they had what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay.

We had searched the ads looking for a truck, low miles, low price, and all the bells and whistles. We found several, but one really stood out at Capitol Hyundai. Allison, Neal, and Abe were my contact and sales team. I should say service team. They answered all my questions, and made our experience of buying our truck such a easy process. When we arrived at the dealership our truck was ready for us to drive home. All we had to do was sign final papers and we were done. Thank you Allison, Neal and Abe, for being so helpful.

Went by the lot on Sunday (closed) got an email
that day from Capitol Hynudai-said we would be
there on Monday to look at the car; they assured
it would be available. They had it (VIP sign with
our name on it) and my granddaughter test drove
and loved it. Told the salesman and manager (at
5:00 Monday pm) I needed to think about it over
night but to call or text me if someone made an
offer. The next morning got an email saying the
car had sold that night after we left but they had a
more expensive car. Classic bait and switch-
salesman and manager did not treat us with
respect-very disingenuous dealer-cross this
dealer off my list

The car was in excellent shape - exactly as described and a great deal. The salesmen were very nice and not high pressure. However, it took too long to purchase. Had to wait a long time to sign the paperwork (only one finance person on duty), and then had a lengthy sales pitch on extended warranties when we said up front that we were NOT interested. Up to that point, it was a five-star experience.

It all seemed to be going well with them making an offer and me replying that
I'd take it and then they just ghosted me. Up until that point I'd been getting
multiple contacts a day. My guess is they managed to find another way to
sell the car and lost interest. Up to that point the process was great, they
tried to overcharge for shipping and documentary fees but we negotiated a
slightly better doc fee and they told me I could arrange shipping myself.

When I first bought this truck on the way home I had a break down... the manager (Tom) was very helpful.... I’m from Atlanta GA I drove all the way to AL to get this truck.... the manager sent me a rental car all the way from AL to GA and took my truck and fully serviced it.... awesome dealer

The associate with dealership in DeAntris Holloway was experienced in his sales. I was very impressed with how he represented the institution. He knows real customer's service ethics. I'll always recommend anyone to this dealership. I got no regrets. I think Holloway will put this dealership at rank 1 in Montgomery and Alabama at large. The company should have him on because he handles customers with patience using his vibrant intellect.

Dealer did respond but the sales agent wasn't very helpful. I ask if the price was negotiable. He said no and never even tried to sale me the car.
How ever I did visit the dealer the next week and was able to negotiate a price and purchase the car. I have bought several cars from off line and if I didn't really like the car for my daughter they would have lost a sale. Sales agents should at least give the courtesy to ask a manager before basically slamming the door in your face

They didn't even give me a call about the vehicle. I saw the vehicle before it was even put on the lot to be sold. It was still in inspection. I went there and the people told me it was sold, how was that possible??? They didn't want to deal with me because I spoke about tracing a car and a pre approval most likely. The staff inside didn't even tell me it was gone until I called the man who I saw outside about the vehicle cam email to me. They made me wait on him to be disappointed. I told them how important this was for my family as we had a son the 11th and needed this van to bring him home. They cared less about my needs.
