After the overall 5 star it would not allow me to rate all others 5 star. Logan was a pleasure to deal with, the vehicle was better than described. His attention to our needs in a quick purchase were exceptional. I would most definitely send family and friends to him and his sweet Father and feel confident they would be well taken care of.

They contacted me very soon and invited me to have a mechanic of my choice inspect it pre-purchase.However I changed my mind as Audi S5 has timing chain issues over 100k miles in some cases.

Great that got back with me with in minutes to help me information on the vehicle that I'm interested in
Bob has sent a few emails and
seems helpful. I did call the
store and the guy that answered
did not seem as helpful though.
I didn't get his name but he
informed me there was only 2 of
them working there and that if
they weren't busy on a day they
may close early and I am at
least an hour away so it made
me feel skeptical to make the
drive. He also told me that my
Mustang probably wouldn't be
worth the KBB I had already
received an offer for and then
when I explained my credit
situation to him he even seemed
less interested in helping me. It
has made me feel as though
that is not the place I should
attempt to do business with.

Sorry this is the way you felt. But customer set appointment and did not show to appointment. As far as her trade went she had already received an offer that was well over what we could retail it for and we suggested her taking that offer. Credit is all based off of the customer and is very hard to assess someones credit without looking at the whole picture, which is very hard to do without looking at a credit application. Thanks

Great deal. Its a good relible truck that I could trust. I looked on their lot and all the trucks I saw were worth buying.
Shopped 4 months for vehicle I wanted and already knew this one was reasonably priced. Long story short I made an offer and was very surprised he excepted. Best part, didn’t feel like I was at a car dealership. Actually enjoyed the experience. Would do business there again.

I just bought the truck today
This is a family owned business. Logan and the whole team were super nice and very easy to talk to. Nothing like your normal dealership where they try to force you into buying a vehicle! I purchased a great vehicle from them at a fantastic price! I will look to buy my next vehicle from them as well. Highly recommend!!!

The buying experience was good, but I paid cash for vehicle
combination of a bank cashier check and cash it has been two
weeks and I have not received my title so that I can obtain my
license plates for my car called them abt 12 days ago said it would
be mailed out in couple day called them today and say they were
not in office but would check on title and call me.

1st off we hold customers title for 10 business days if paid with a check(any type of check). This 10 day check sign is posted in business office in plain sight and normally the customers are told of this policy
The customer purchased her car on 04/08/2017(Saturday) Her papers were mailed on 04/15/2017(Saturday).
All customers are issued a drive out tag that is good for 30 days.
We send all of our paperwork out by U.S. Postal Service and have never had a problem before. I guess there is a first time for everything. Sorry for any inconvenience but at this point this is our of our hands.
