Anthony is the absolute best salesman I have ever dealt with. They had just sold the Jeep I wanted to purchase, so he reached out to many dealers trying to secure another and if they wouldn’t transfer, he’d give me their number, so I could call directly. Giving up a commission trying to help a customer!! He’s from ME and was over the top Helpful!

Drove one hour from my house on Saturday after scheduling an appointment to drive the car and potentially purchase it.
The car had a deposit placed on it !! The finance deal we had discussed on Friday was going to be different as well. Salesman had me drive all that way to approach me with a different deal ! They still let me test drive the car and the ABS light was on the whole ride too ! My Saturday morning was wasted due to this dealer incompetence ! I would recommend not using this dealer if at all possible !!

Did not expect a reply but they did provide all that I asked for. Probably would have purchased the car but the mileage was too high for the price.

Unenthusiastic staff. I feel they wanted to put
me in a minivan as opposed to the Rubicon I
came 2 and a half hours to purchase. Love my
new Rubicon which was NOT purchased at
Wells.

I'm in the process of purchasing one of my favorite cars, and a car I've wanted for a long time. Ciro, the sales rep has been great! He's upfront, and very helpful. If he doesn't know something he will find out and get back to me. I've contacted him via text and phone calls and he has responded quickly with no hesitation. He supplied me with information on the car and photos very quickly. I look forward to finalizing my purchase soon, and I highly Recommend this dealership. Thank you Ciro for everything so far. A coworker of mine recommended this dealership to me and said they had a great experience. Internet Sales Manager, Luke, got back to me within minutes and answered all of my questions. Was able to order my new JL Wrangler over the phone and didn’t charge a dealer fee. I live three hours a way and it was definitely convenient doing it all over the phone. I have bought many cars and this was by far the easiest experience I’ve had and the most straightforward. Thank you Luke for helping me with my Jeep and I can’t wait until it comes in!

Internet sales person has weak skill set.
No follow up. From the receptionists to sales person, they occurred to be unhappy in their work. Seemed untrained.
Although, they had the car I wanted, it was easy to find the same car from another company.
