I had a great experience with Huntersville Ford! Brittany Maners is the one who helped me and she did an awesome job! Sent me all the info on the truck, contacted me quickly. I did not end up buying the vehicle from the dealership, but will definitely keep up to date with there inventory, prices seemed very reasonable, and had a great selection.

Quick response. I made an offer. They ignored my offer by sending me a quote that was actually $1000 more than the listed price. Offered me lowest possible trade in value (poor condition) for a very nice, clean, mechanically sound trade in. Sent me a second quote at regular listed price, while ignoring my offer for the truck a second time. I even called the person who was texting me and asked about my offer and she changed the subject. By that time, I knew I was done and just ended up purchasing a different truck from a different dealer that is a year newer and 5k less miles. Ridiculous customer service with the person who was assigned to this call.

The dealer responded to all of my requests in a timely manner. The car was clean and ready for a test drive when I arrived and the description was accurate. Sales staff, Anthony Stanley, explained all of my options during the purchase process and followed up soon after to inquire if I had any other question or issues. Other customer service personnel followed up as well. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

They told me they would fix the few issues it had once the parts came in. Then when the check engine light came on in the first week after taking it home they told me there wasn’t any problems and that everything was fine. However the oil pressure sensor had gone bad and they just reset the code and let me deal with it a week later. It’s sad that I had to have a friend fix my vehicle, I JUST BOUGHT. They just didn’t seem like they wanted to help fully. The auto guy then joked that it wasn’t a big deal. I would like everyone to know that I found it a very big deal. This doesn’t even count the issues I had with them screwing up my registration and then failing to get back to me after I have reached out multiple times.

Rick the salesman was pleasant to work with. The finance department unfortunately was less than stellar. I realize that financing can take some time for them to get you the best rate possible from a lender but this was unbearable. I arrived at the dealership around 11:30am, was greeted by Rick with whom I had my appointment with and got my test drive done within 20 minutes. After that it took slightly over 3 hours to get financing to give me #s! I finally had it and left for another dealership not realizing that Huntersville Ford forgot to give me my registration back after giving me an estimate on my trade in. Thankfully I was able to test drive and purchase a 2019 Ram Laramie all under 1 1/2 hours that same day. Now thats efficiency.

They have an advertised price for the truck. In the ad it says that the price you see on Cargurus is the price you get no matter what? Well that isn’t the case with this dealership!! I feel they are very deceptive and have no interest in doing business with them. They told me the increase was because I wasn’t a North Carolina resident. I’d that’s the case it should clearly state that in the ad. Terrible way to do business!!!!

While they did not have exactly what I was looking for I was most impressed with Brandon our sales rep. He listened, was very professional, tempted us so greatly with his dealership deals I wanted to buy from them. But the vehicle we wanted was very rare at the end of the year and we happened to find one elsewhere, after much searching. But we were so impressed with Huntersville we are definitely going to be our dealership of choice from now on.

Megan was the first to contact me through email. She was awesome; sending pictures via text messages and getting me to an agent prior to my arrival. The dealer was very evasive, never answering specific questions concerning the truck but attempting to redirect me to other vehicles. After several text messages continuing to press for their best price the representative indicated the truck had previously been sold. This was contrary to her initial response to my inquiry informing me that the truck was still available. In fact today, seven days later the dealer still has that vehicle listed for sale on the site..
