Lady was very nice when trying to get us on the lot. Told me price was negotiable. Once we got there and started talking price we were told they had it priced the lowest they could go. Then when they put a deal sheet together they had the price higher than it was listed for on Cargurus. They were not honest from the beginning. In my opinion they are not very trustworthy.

They went way out of their way to help me and answer all my questions about the car I’m interested in! The Young Ladies name is Lauren and she did more to help me and answered all my questions!! I came to check out a used vehicle. It wasn’t what I expected and it wasn’t going to work for me. The salesman seemed uninterested in me from that point on. I’ve since researched online about Hyundai SUV’s and they have a fantastic warranty and are getting great reviews. I feel the salesman who assisted me missed a golden opportunity to show me the benefits of buying new, with a great warranty, and how this should be looked at as a long term investment and better deal than buying a used car with no warranty and is past it’s prime. inspected and it would be ready on Tuesday morning and we could discuss scheduling a test drive then. Monday I got an email telling me the

Contacted me, told me the car was going through the shop for inspections etc, asked if they
could contact me again, I said yes provided they didn't blow my phone up. They respected my
wishes, reached out a few days later to let me know the car was ready to be seen. Two
contacts was plenty in this situation and I appreciate them doing what they said they would do
I talked to the online sales representative for times prior to making the two hour trip to purchase the vehicle. While I was driving there, they sold the truck. I made a five hour round trip for nothing. The appearance is that they don’t talk well amongst each other and the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.

Not honest, spent long time in parking, before I got helped, they under evaluate your trade to the lower point (FREE), document fee are another SCAM, even if you paying cash they charge for documentation FEES, there are no documentation when you pay CASH, you already paying FEES for transfer, registration, and tag and TAX, so if you pay CASH, what the DOCUMENTATION FEES for, the person who doing the job is paid by Salary , or hourly and this comes out of the profit the dealer makes from the sales.

They explained every step of the process without any high pressure efforts to sell us anything we did not want to buy.

I indicated an interest online and was contacted quickly. The sales rep advised the vehicle had
just been received as a trade in and not been through a cleaning, I would be contacted as soon
as she was told the vehicle was ready. Did not hear back and on research learned the vehicle
had sold.

We bought a used 2018 Subaru Legacy.
A fair deal. Paid cash , no financing.
Watch out for the extended warranty and
paint and upholstery protection package
offered. You would wind up paying a new
car price for a late model used car. You
might then decide to buy new v used car.

Great
They saw that I was interested in one of their jeeps and called me and wanted me to make an appointment. I was busy at the time moving so I didn't know when I could get up there to test drive the jeep. It is about 30 miles away and just couldn't find the time. 3 days later they called let me know it had been sold. They were very helpful! If they have another vehicle that I'm interested in I will make the time to go up there!

I purchased a used car from this dealer. After signing the papers and completing the deal, I received 1 key fob instead of the normal 2. When I asked why, I was told that they only received 1 key fob from the original owner and that I would have to purchase a key fob for $491, if I wanted to get a second key. When financing the car, pay for your warranty. Don’t finance it. The total amount you finance changes when you add a warranty. You are better off paying for a warranty separate and not financing the warranty due to the interest. When you are picking the warranty, the computer screen shows what your payments will be. You need to ask what the total amount being financed will be after the warranty. Also be sure and ask for a copy of your paperwork. On a good note, I love the used Subaru Crosstrek so far.

Went to go see the car. Did not realize the guy I was talking with about the vehicle was in a call center. Had an appointment and they had to figure out a specialist in Volvo sales to help me. Got one person to go and get the car and it was not clean. Remind you I did have an appointment scheduled, and drove an hour and half to view it. The car had break dust on the rims I had to touch it and rub my finger over it to be sure this was not permanent. The back seat also had sticky residue on the seat and unknown hair in the cup holder. Overall not sure the last time the car had been washed. Although the deal did not work out it was hard for me to give them the price they were asking without the car being cleaned and being able to view the beauty of this car. In the past few weeks I have visited other dealerships and had not had this type of experience.

Stephanie the sales person was very friendly and very helpful. Transaction was easy and smooth.
Responded with auto response info...after I followed up with some specific questions and ask for them to contact me or text me, I got some texts inviting me to look at the website and to come to the dealership the next day. I explained that I live 3 hours away and ask for some information and pictures and never got either one.

Wonderful response from Kayla. She answered my questions about the car and when I decided to go to the dealer to drive some she, at my request, gave me the name of a salesperson named Gala who has had 21 years of experience. At the dealership Gala was ver attentive to me and my sister and encouraged me to try out all the models I was interested in and she gave me great advice to get the best deal on the lot with all the perks I needed in a car. I bought a 2017 Forester - Touring. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour to speak to a finance officer but, when I did. All,once again, ran smoothly. Good place - Good people.

Dealer responded quickly, was very professional & helpful, & offered the vehicle for a good price. They were relatively easy to negotiate with, & after a test drive we were able to get them to agree to an even lower price. However, they have a completely ridiculous “documentation fee” of $800 that they cling to like a hungry dog guarding a bone. It’s nothing more than a “dealer profit” charge with a different label, as it does NOT cost $800 to process the paperwork on an automobile purchase!

Overall, the dealer had good customer service prior to visit. However, when i
actually saw the 2014 Lexus ES 350 it did not look as good in person as the
picture demonstrated. If you are going to drive a long distance to view the
car, i would ask good questions over the phone.

They contacted me. I went for a test drive, and the salesperson was very gracious. I found that the car was not a Prius Five, although the dealer did not know that till after doing some further investigation, so it has been re-rated as a Prius Two, and I was not interested in less than a Four and would prefer a Five...I want leather, navigation, heated mirrors and front seats, etc.

This car had already sold ... I bought a diff vehicle. not a horrible experience
... just long and drawn out like all are.
Hunter Subaru was a pleasant environment with good customer service and
no high-pressure tactics. However, the salesperson promised me a low
interest rate that the finance specialist later adamantly denied (AFTER I had
agreed to a purchase price on the condition of receiving that rate). This was
disappointing. Had I not been misled about the interest rate, I would have
negotiated the purchase price down further. Now it looks like i'll be paying
more than a full percentage point higher in interest.

Went to Hendersonvile, 50 miles, to see a car and it was not there even though advertised. The lady I talked to said I had an appointment at 10, no one knew I was coming. The salesman did follow up with me several times. Did not buy there.

Price indicated on CarGurus was not reflected on dealers website. Called dealership, they they confirmed the price indicated on CG was accurate. Additional cost to me would only be tax, tag transfer and processing fee. Would have been great deal on great car, but I decided on a local dealership for convenience. Appointment setter was relentless (not a bad thing) and I set up appt for
a Juke for the following day...I had to drive 45 minutes, with family in from
out of town - (it was that important for me to get a car) and the car was
not there! After trying to get a call from the "relentless" appt setter, and
four calls to "manager" I found out the car had been taken off the lot for a
bad turbo...they did not know this when I made appt? The car had been
there for weeks, and kept going down in price! Not even an apology!
Disgusted to waste that kind of time! Very unprofessional.

I called this dealership in regards to a particular vehicle I
was interested in. The dealership is quite a ways from
where I live, so I wanted to be sure I could get into that
particular car, and that it was ready to drive home. The
salesman I spoke with told me to fill out a loan app and let
him know when it was done, and he would show it to the
business manager. He did not call me back that day,
instead, I called him the next. He had not spoken to the
business manager yet. He called me back shortly after this
call and told me that they could, in fact, get me into this car,
so I made an appointment for the following morning to drive
up and test drive the car with plans to bring it home. When I
arrived, I was informed that the car could not be test driven
as it had not been through the shop yet (liability issue).
While I was sitting there in the office, I received a call from
someone within the dealership to find out if I was coming in.
She was really confused that I was already there and had
seen the car, though not driven it. I went ahead and did
everything else necessary to purchase the car, with the
exception of the final signing, which I planned to do after test
driving the car. I was then informed that there was no way
they could get me into the car. I don't like being lied to. I
am not impressed at all with this dealer.
