It took forever to get an estimate on my truck. Too low. I wasn't invited to test drive the car. was told my drive to the dealer is too far. We do have the money and were very interested. We walked their lot last Sunday but couldn't find the subject vehicle. We might have to find a different dealer who wants to sell cars to my wife and me.

Don't trust them. Told me a car was pristine then told me they were not selling to public. Then I get notification saying they sold it.

Responded quickly and said they didn't do out of state transactions due to lack of inventory.

I have been messaging with multiply sales people for over a week about an edge and they knew from the beginning that I would not have a trade in but they waited until the day I was coming to buy the car to tell me that without a trade in I could not purchase it. Not to mention that I took off work last Friday to look at the car and then they didn’t have it ready. Then this week they lost the keys and I couldn’t come look at it because they couldn’t find the keys. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and I never even had to walk through the door. I do not recommend any one to ever purchase a car from them. Or give them any time of day.

I called about the Bronco that morning and got the luck of having Ashton be my representative. The overall experience was satisfactory, she was very informative and friendly, the dealership was clean and practicing safety measures for Covid. We did most of everything over the phone before arrival and outside upon my arrival. They have a perfect place for test drives, and I was hooked. Very helpful. Did not buy car because after looking at pics it had a lot dings that would cost a lot to fix. It was a nice car but did not warrant a lot money to bring it up to my expectations.

It was ok. They were contacting me getting me prepared to get the vehicle tgenall if a sudden they stopped. So I had to call them to figure out why they stop contacting me. Come to find out this vehicle had sold, but they could have told me that.

Still talking to this dealer about a potential sale. Provided relatively quick responses and provided all requested information.

Absolutely the worst! The salesman (Ben) was very responsive during the sales process but the follow-up experience was a nightmare. The agreed upon price included servicing, detailing and minor paint. The vehicle was taken back twice and still the items have not been completed. I left a message for the general manager to call me but he never did. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a major dealership. We purchased the Jeep for my daughter. Needless to say, I hope this review helps other potential customers the headache we experienced.
