They lie to the customers.Stay away from the dealership.I tried to buy a car they had advertised and a few minutes later it was sold.They had a 2023 Corvette for list price.I inquired and a few minutes later they said it was sold.Another Chevy dealership lying about the cars they have for sale.Not a good way of doing business.No more Chevy’s for me.Another Chevy customer gone.

So Skyler was very professional. I was approved for the car BUT when it was time to seal the deal there were dents on the car. Inside console damaged & some other things. I didn’t want to buy anything damaged & fix it up. These pictures were very deceiving! Oh & they wouldn’t come down on the price.

Dealership reached out quickly and was very friendly. Car I was interested in buying sold before I had an opportunity to make a visit. Sales manager Craig was really friendly and reached out to help try and find another vehicle. Just haven't found one that meets my requirements.

Talked with Tony McCloud on a specific car and had him verify the car was still available...it was. Made an appointment for Saturday at 1p. Also had him check the configuration of the car, 2row or 3 row, etc. Very attentive and pleasant to speak with.

I was very happy with Huffines Chevrolet, and my salesman Masoud. I’m 74 years old and have never had a dealer like Huffines! They did not lie to me, gave me a good deal on the car, no bad experience at all. Even after I bought the car ( because if the age I could not get a warranty) on my way home the check engine light came on. I called Masoud, he said bring it back and they fixed it. Yes I said they fixed it!!! No charge to me. That has “NEVER” happened to me before. I strongly recommend that you check out Huffines Chevrolet for your next car. I will purchase my next car from a Huffines dealer!

BadExperience I called made an appointment with Jessica for 10:30 AM she was a no-show I spoke to two of the sales people in the vehicle was not available that it was a mistake it was not for sale it was a bait and switch situation they were very rude I left

Greg Sikes is an amazing salesman! I inquired about a Jeep Grand Cherokee on CarGurus, shortly after I got an email, not a call (I hate phone calls so I liked that) and there is no pressure with emails, so I responded asking what the accident report was, I got a response right away! I let him know I was coming up to see the vehicle. I pulled into the lot and he had already pulled it out front for me and had the keys ready for me to test drive! He was such a gentleman! He was super honest with me, gave me great advice, gave me lots of knowledge, and most of all he didn’t screw me over and he easily could have tried (like any other dealership salesmen) because I went without my boyfriend. The entire process was under 2 1/2 hours. Not to mention, they're the ONLY dealership I’ve visited in the last year that offered me the amount I expected to get offered for my trade in right off the bat, they didn’t try to low ball me like every other dealership by 2+ grand!

Very prompt response. Only issue I had was the truck listed was already sold but ended up still getting a good deal just not on the truck I originally called about.

I drove from Okla. to Lewisville to look at a van they had listed on cargurus. When I got to the dealership, they could not find the vehicle. Said it was a special order vehicle and should not have been listed. Salesman (Scott) said he would find a comparable vehicle and call me. Never heard from him. Felt like the dealership was using the old bait and switch routine to get customers in . Not a good experience!!!!!

Response was fair on email. Price was fair. Car i looked at had a few dings. Dealer said he could have the ding removed. I say remove the dents before you try to sell. Makes sense to me. Would have bought on the spot if dings were not so visible.

First off I'd like to thank Mr. David Rumple over at Huffines Chevrolet. We were buying from long distance and he went above and beyond to try and place us in the vehicle we were on the market for. There was not a day that went by that Mr. Rumple wouldn't check up on us to make sure that he was helping us in the best way possible. I wasn't able to get to the dealership due to Dallas traffic and being on a time crunch but I would highly recommend him to anyone buying in the Dallas area. Very professional, personable, and persistent member of their team. Great job over there Sir!

I received great communication from dealership. I did decide that I was interested in a vehicle with less miles and did not travel to dealership to test drive vehicle. Because of great communication, I will continually review cars online from this dealership.

Talked to a salesman at 900am about a truck for sale, I called back at 430 after no call back. Salesman notified me the truck was sold in the morning. When I asked why he never called back, the Salesman became defensive and un professional. I will never do business with this Dealer in the future. Huffines Internet department is a joke. Don't waste your time!

Horrible customer service, went in to look at a specific car that I had made an appointment to see, and in addition to the salesman not showing up at the appointment(with no intention to) the car I had already been sold two days prior without any notification given to me wasting my time. When taken up with management they were unapologetic and took no fault for any of the mistakes made. Although this was most likely an isolated incident they took no steps to help resolve the issue and so they have permanently lost a customer. Would not deal with ever again.

Online chat representative was very rude in declining our cash offer and didn't want our cash business on a particular vehicle. While it is their prerogative to say "no", the manner in which he acted will keep my from buying any vehicle at Huffines Chevrolet of Lewisville.
