Car wasn't available when we went. They explained that it had not been serviced and inspected sufficiently to sold or driven. Sales folks were helpful and apologetic. We ended up buying closer to home.

Great experience. Had one vehicle we were looking for on the lot and found another we were looking at a dealership 3 hours away and went and got it. Sales and finance guys (Brent, Abraham, Dylan and Chris) were great!!! Four thumbs up (mine and my wife’s)!!!!

Called about vehicle told them what I was trying to do got me in and out when I pick the vehicle up. Only reason why I didn’t give perfect star they called me recently about mix up on my tags that did not like.

I had a appointment scheduled for Saturday to look a buy a vehicle. This was scheduled two days prior on Thursday. When i get there it Jim, super nice guy. Well, they sold the vehicle on Friday. I spoke to the manager and did not seem to care at all. I wish at least I would have received a,phone call. Again Jim was very helpful. Was not pleased. Would rate it a zero if i could.

They set up an appointment with me TWICE to come look at the car and when I got there the car sold before the original appointment was even set! I was VERY disappointed and upset. How do you make an appointment and the car is already sold? Poor inventory model!!!!!!

The price they were asking was 7400...I was offering them all I had which was 6965 because I didnt want to finance. . While the salesman tried to work with me..the manager(Mr Barnes) came over and told me it was somehow 8400*a whooe thousand more than what was advertised) Needless to say I left and the very next day they dropped the price to 6900 on the vehicle..the very next day. Refused it to be and were pushing me to finance which I made clear I didnt want to do and then not even 24 hours later I got notified by you of the price change.

Excellent experience working with Mr. Curtis White! He went above and beyond his means of service in assisting me on staying in touch while I was inquiring information from overseas. Mr. White maintained a tremendous amount of professionalism throughout emails and physical meetings while providing imperative details about this vehicle. Definitely would recommend him to anyone looking into purchasing a vehicle from here!

I received a prompt response, but this truck was not exactly what I was looking for. They stated they would keep an eye out for a truck like I wanted and keep in touch. They have reached back out to me on several different occasions.

Salesman tried to slip through a $925 extra charge on my invoice. I had to ask “What is this?” and asked to have it deleted. He showed no embarrassment at all. It’s obviously their standard practice.

The dealership was very respectful, and responded promptly. I will say that the sales staff and the internet staff do not speak to each other very well though. I had made an appointment for Saturday afternoon, and when I arrived they told me the car was sold last night. Turns out the car was sold on the auction, and I was was not contacted to not come.

I called and asked if they had the truck and they said yes. I told them I would come over in the afternoon to see it. However when I drove 45 minutes to see it, it was not there. I was extremely disappointed.

The sticker price was above average, but the service department and overall service was great. The manager even took the time to talk to me personally and tell me what he could do to get the price lower with no haste of running back and forth. He sat right down and worked with me. Great place!

Made us drive over an hour thinking we were coming to see a certain vehicle, and when we got there....the salesman told us "they just sold it 20 minutes ago". Sure, they did! Liars.

I pulled up the 2010 CRV on Car Gurus and found it was at Hubert Vester. I went to their website and after 4 tries, I was able to "chat" with someone online. They could not locate the car at first, then I was told I would receive a call or email. Neither happened, The person I did talk to on chat, did send me the carfax on it and the miles were different that what was posted on CarGurus, so I naturally had some questions. Never heard back from them so naturally, "It didn't seem like they wanted to sell me a car". .
