Salesman reached out. We set up time to see vehicle. salesman was not there when I arrived. no one came out of building. saw the car on my own. salesman called later and we rescheduled for following day. before going over I received a notice from car gurus that car may be sold. I called dealership to confirm. It was sold. no one from dealership called to cancel visit or let me know. I have bought two vehicles from Hoy. Always displayed the best in service. This experience was a little disappointing, since Hoy had such a solid reputation. I have not had any follow up contact since. Thanks for your time.

Terrible service if not for good sales person i
would not have purchased the vehicle. The.finance
officer sent salesman to explain and answer questions
that
he did not fully understand ( ie warranty, contract).
When a customer spends a large amount of money and
drives 8
hours they expect some customer service. The
management team was aware that there was a issue
but never reached out to me as of present date.. I
learned my lesson, I don't expect a lot just for
individuals to be professional. My issue is feeling
frustrated with completing a financial application in the
lobby with no privacy.. Will never go back i suggest no
one else should

Dealer responded in a timely manner only to make me aware the car was in a “pending purchase” status but then did inform me the vehicle had been sold. I can appreciate that.

If you like dealing with total incompetence agreed and put a deposit on the car after waiting a week for paperwork that never showed up I was informed during the middle of a pandemic that I would have to drive and pick the paperwork up at a FedEx location then locate a notary to finish the transaction none of this information was provided to me when they took the deposit had to stay on the phone to keep requesting where is the paperwork which never arrived still waiting to receive refund of deposit if this is how they handle their business online I suggest they get off of it incompetence at the highest level I can only imagine what it would have been like to deal with them on warranty work or any other follow-up after purchase

I asked about the car and they got back to me with an answer sort of fast.
I had a great experience at Hoy with Augustin Candelas, after going to so many dealerships and dealing with so many sales
representatives, by far Augustin was the best, he was very nice, low key, not pressuring me, allowing me to take my time test
driving, responding fairly quick ....
I ended up buying the car. I hope he got a good bonus.

a smooth transaction with the Hoy dealership. several phone calls
with questions about the forester i was interested in. made an
appt. & met with the salesman. i had done my homework, so the
"dealing" was easy. i was trading-in & buying a Subaru at a
Mercedes/Volkswagen dealership, but they answered all my
questions concerning the Subaru & i felt comfortable. yes, i would
recommend this dealership to anyone.

We bought the QX56 2013 from the Hoy group, I believe we had a good deal overall. They reply in less than 5 min from my first inquiry.
My sales person Justin was nice and professional all that way, very patience and did not pressure us at any point during the negotiations.

quick and efficient no pressure..able to do alot over text and phone prior to coming in... I did not have time to watse... gave me good price on trade in.. the 2013 c 250 was "Sale pending" despite me getting there next day.. could have been"bait"not sure.... I ended up upgrading to a c300 which was better for my needs.... overall happy with our purchase and the entire process..
Was not treated very well by one of representatives, mario, I went in to buy a jeep, and drive it home. Sales agent had manny Issues, he did not know, how to talk to a customer, respect, he choose to talk down to me. I was going to buy jeep cash. Another rep had called me. But after that, I no longer wanted anything. A week later, I bought a brand new jeep. Rateing 1-10. I give them a 4#

I received an email from the dealership on a Tuesday morning saying the truck was still available I called them a half hour after the email was sent and talk to the same person who emailed me and he told me that the truck had sold that past weekend hard to trust somebody when they lie to you before you even talk to them
