Overall they were great! They were quick to respond and answered all my questions. The only thing that I was slight off with is that on Cargurus it said free delivery and it was but not on a truck. It was delivered with someone driving the car to my house and maybe there should have been more info on the delivery because that put more miles on the car from when I purchased and it wasn’t me that put those miles on it.

Contacted dealership and confirmed pricing shown online and availability. Salesperson said all is good and her manager would contact me with final pricing. Manager called and final price for truck was nearly $7,000 more than shown online. I asked why the discrepancies and he said the online price was an error. Classic example of bait and switch!

Very positive experience with Howard Bentley Buick GMC in Albertville, AL! The condition of the car was exactly as the listing showed. The car
was very clean and ready for the test drive when we got there. And the sales associates, Zane Phillips & Skyler Bixby, were easy to reach

Phenomenal experience. Was looking for an AT4 and had multiple dealers played games, advertised dishonestly. Howard Bentley did none of this. Straight to clear pricing with zero games. Way BETTER pricing than anyone else and delivered to my door with a full tank of gas. Class act from start to finish.

Horrible experience. I drove 3.5 hours to purchase this vehicle (45k). After viewing this truck, I noticed water damage/rust under seats in the cab as well as on the motor. This vehicle came out of texas. Go figure. I will not be purchasing from this dealer. The other options I was shown were even worse(mud on trucks, trash in cab, not detailed). When accelerating in this truck, I notice no torque. This truck has a 6.6L diesel engine with no power. Do not buy this truck.

I recommend shopping online before you actually go to a dealership. This will save you a lot of leg work, time, and gas going from place to place. Getting to the final deal took longer than anticipated. It it we’re not for the virus situation and distance, I would have preferred face to face, meet and greet to make the final deal and closing paperwork. The delivery was excellent. He was on time, friendly, gave us an opportunity to test drive, and showed us a little about the vehicle.

Dealership lied. Veh has one reported accident though listed as none. Veh had light that somone had wired to it hanging down. Veh has lots of ware and was listed over high end value. Owner was rude and not willing to talk numbers or negotiate. Owner even said that they would mark it down in 30 days and that the truck had been there since February. Salesman said he didn't know much about the truck accept for it was loud when you stated it. That's not a joke. Completely incompetent. Very shady.

I phoned the dealership to verify the car was still available and visited later the same day. I was greeted by Rochelle who already had the car queued for me to see and test drive. I was then greeted by salesmen, Wayne and Matthew. Two absolute gentlemen. They had other customers and were very busy, but made certain to show me attention and keep me engaged in the deal. The finance department was polite and thorough. Great overall buying experience. For a huge selection, competitive pricing and great customer service, I recommend Howard Bentley Buick GMC in Albertville.

Was held at bay for 500.00 before finally saying that the car couldn't be sold to me under 31,000 after my 500.00 dollars was posted.....all they had to say up front is that we can't do that and I never would have posted 500.00!

I can honestly say this was the best dealership that I have ever dealt with. My grandsons Nissan Sentra check engine light came on about 3 days after making the purchase .
I took his car to Jim Burke Nissan to evaluate what the problem and the cost to get his car repaired was $414.00. Tyler with Howard Bentley told me to pay for the service and they would cover this cost. After getting the car repaired, I submitted the invoice to Howard Bentley and was immediately reimbursed. This is FIRST CLASS customer service. Thanks to my salesman(Tyler)

Amazing customer service and price! These people make car buying a breeze. My husband and I flew to Alabama from Florida and drove our new Acadia home. Even with travel costs we were still able to save thousands! I am so impressed with Howard Bentley, I will spread the word wherever I can! I made an appointment, then drove almost two hours to the dealership but when I got there, the truck I went to see wasn't exactly what I was looking for. The salesman seemed very disinterested in showing me anything else. He looked up a few things on his computer, then would get up and walk away for long periods of time. He said it was his first day back from vacation and that he was unfamiliar with their inventory. I walked out onto the car lot several times and even came back in and asked to see some other 2016-2018 Serria cab 4x4 trucks. He said he was going to check on something in the back. My wife and I waited for a while, but after wasting more than an hour at the dealership, we finally walked out and drove home.
They seemed to have a very good inventory at good prices. My negative review is based entirely on my interaction (or lack thereof) with this one salesman. Aside from this one individual, I have no reason to believe this is bad dealership to do business with.

Howard Bentley is a great dealership, every single person I spoke to on the phone or in person was extremely friendly and helpful!
They are small dealership but high volume so they are able to compete and beat most other dealerships. Matter of fact I received a much better deal than the GMC dealer 5 minutes from my office in Orlando and made it worth the drive to Alabama to get my new truck!!!!!

The vehicles at this dealership have hail damage but they have not
submitted anything to insurance so it will not show on carfax reports.
Salesman are disrespectful and ALL prices are 100% non- negotiable.
GM did not attempt to contact me and ask about my experience to
their salesman. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Thank you for your review. Upon reviewing all of our notes, it was discovered that the hail damage was disclosed to you. Also, as you may already know, there are no vehicle history reports on new vehicles as there is not a history yet. Even if there were a vehicle history, the amount of hail damage ($281) was not enough to initiate a claim to AutoCheck or CarFax. Also, as far as the negotiation, I apologize that we were not able to take your offer $4,000 less than our asking price on our already low priced new truck. I hope you're able to find a dealership that can serve you better.
Everyone we were in contact with, whether it was email, phone, and in
person, were very polite and professional with no pressure and only
wanted to be sure we were taken care of the way we wanted to be and
also made sure we were completely satisfied. The process was virtually
painless and we bought the vehicle. Love it and are so happy to have a
GM Certified Terrain within our price range and so low of miles. Great

I contacted Howard Bentley Buick GMC about a new truck I had seen on a website. The dealership was very prompt and courteous with their reply. I live in Ohio and about 600 miles from their dealership. I would have considered a trip to their dealership if the current weather conditions would have allowed. The dealership is worth contacting as the weather changes.

Spoke with the dealership 3 times about 2014 truck within an hour. Ask for them to go look to make sure it was there and hasn't sold. Drove 2 hrs and was told that they cannot show me the truck due to recall. No one was rude, but no apologies for driving 4hrs.

ordered by my salesman 90 days ago. No one knows anything
about the order. The most shocking thing about the experience was
when I found out a month afterwards that the states largest GMC
dealer will not honor a General Motors employee discount ( over 60
years service in family ).

Sales and finance staff were outstanding! Professional and very personable. One of the quickest and easiest purchases I've ever made (and I have purchased A LOT of cars over the years). Drove 96 miles to make the purchase and would definitely do it again. New vehicle clean up however was lack luster at best. Vehicle was presented wet, with smearing where some drying had been attempted, door frames not wiped out and not a single window cleaned.

This dealership and the salesman were great to work with!! We got a great deal on our Yukon and they gave us a very fair trade in value. No runaround from them and they worked very quickly to get us out the door in a timely manner so that we didn't have to stay at the dealership all day. Also got a great finance rate from them! Will definitely go back next time we need a new car!

My husband and I had a very positive experience. Jared, our salesman was a very nice young man. The car is beautiful. The dealership is very nicely done. The staff was very friendly. Deidre, a very nice lady, contacted me the day after I sent the email through Car Gurus. She set the appointment for me to come test drive the car. I actually went a few days early because I didn't want to take a chance on losing the car. The information on CarGurus coupled with the information provided by the Customer Service Rep on the phone about the car was very accurate. They answered all my questions about the car because they wanted to make sure there were no surprises since I was coming from out of town. The only thing I would recommend is to ask for an Affidavit if the vehicle originated out of state so you won't have any issues getting it registered in AL. I would definitely recommend Howard Bentley to anyone looking for a great deal and great service..
