I was completely closed off from the idea of doing business with this establishment due to Carlos being aggressive with his unsolicited advice to purchase a Toyota SUV I never mentioned. Additionally, Carlos spoke to me as if I was a child who needed guidance when speaking about my credit and who may have accessed it recently- “Don’t lie to me”(Carlos)
I’d never recommend anyone with self awareness and self respect interact with this establishment.

I called at 4pm on Wednesday… car was washed and clean ready for test drive at 5pm.. condition of vehicle was as described… Ferdi was helpful in getting everything I needed to do to get the pre-qualifying done… then the owner Al helped with the last steps… great experience… from my first contact to me taking the car home was 26hrs… highly recommend

Try to discuss a few things about the Outlander that I sa a in the picture, salesman manager cur me off and hang up. Still want to go in there to check ithe outlander. Don't think that it will aproach the issues and negotiate with me.
