I requested info and all I received was a generic email saying give me a call
Absolutely horrible. The salesman contacted me. And not only did this salesman not know that there were no other pictures of this vehicle. He claimed he would send me more pics and he didn't. And he made no effort whatsoever to follow through with this deal.
Told him I had a trade-in and he said that I would have to come to Arizona to review the vehicle. And when I asked if we could still do a deal without the trade-in, he said we could try that and I'll get back to you which he never did. Don't waste your time with this dealership. They are lazy.

I do not live in the Phoenix area and found the vehicle I wanted to purchase on the House Of Cars Website.
I sent them an email with some basic questions and JT promptly replied to me. JT was able to answer my
questions and even texted me additional pictures and video of the car I was interested in. I decided to drive
to Scottsdale to see the car in person and everyone I interacted with at House Of Cars Arizona was friendly
and professional. I went on a test drive and quickly decided to make an offer on the car. I never once felt
pressured or mislead by JT or his supervisor Justin. We came to an agreement on price and they agreed to
fix one minor blemish on one of the wheels. In just a couple of hours I was leaving the parking lot in the
exact car I was looking for. Overall, great experience!

Nice people but priced a bit high from my experience. I’ve had two of these and they are great.
Also, I’m not a big black car fan, so if it was priced lower, it might entice me but not today.

Good price. Stephan was a really good salesperson, and I enjoyed working with him. But the car was not in as good of condition as the advertisement
led me to believe. Felt like the dealership (NOT the salesperson) was hiding a lot more. It reminded me of buying from a sleazy used car dealership, but
the cars were $350k. My trust was burned, so I chose to buy elsewhere. If it weren't for the Stephan, I would have rated them lower.

Still working on a deal. These guys are quick to answer questions, go out of their way to ensure you get want you want, and provide all the pictures and documents immediately. They even did a Facetime car walk-around as I am a thousand miles away. Ask for Melvin. He called me within minutes of my online request to be contacted.
