Fantastic!

Hopper Motorplex contacted me and made a deal for me to purchase this car. The salesman Randy described the contract very well and worked to complete the purchase of this car.

Service was courteous and straightforward. There were no high pressure add-on tactics nor any blatant hidden fees. The only minor glitch was my being required to obtain a cashier’s check from an unfamiliar local credit union for my downpayment. But this can be attributed to my own error. The salesman and finance manager made the process seamless and the car, so far, seems as described. Recommended for no BS car purchasing and financing.

I found the car on CG, contacted the dealership through the site, Kyle contacted me the next morning and we talked terms and setup paperwork, and when I got there I was in and out in an hour with the test drive, which he let me wife and I take by ourselves. Cool cars, fair terms, great dealership.

It was love at first sight when I saw this posting. The color, the wheels and the mileage swung me over to their side. After a couple days of on-phone negotiations on Saturday, we reached a price and completed the sale the following Monday. When we arrived to take delivery of the Camaro, it looked more like a car museum. I would like to go back and just look at all their inventory. Everyone was very friendly The only negative was created by General Motors. The 2019 Camaro had no adaptive cruise control and the one I purchased had no navigation onboard. I am not sure what GM was thinking, but both technologies have been around for at least a decade. Why they overlooked those basic features is beyond my comprehension.The 2SS, is the top of the line for mid-priced Chevy's. The LZ-1, with the 600 horsepower motor, is the only Camaro costing more than the 2SS. If you are interested in having those features you will have to buy a Ford or Chrysler product.

When I tried to schedule a visit I was told a manager was driving the vehicle and it was unavailable. Not good business practice in my opinion

Did not have a good experience dealer said the truck was at another location told him that would wait for him to get truck there. After an dealer was asked you much longer it would be and he said did he had not even contacted other location. Bad customer service

Excellent service all around. Kyle was the salesman that I dealt with and he was extremely responsive, quick to answer all questions, very upfront through out the entire process. When I decided to go forward with the purchase he coordinated the purchase with me fronput of state and also helped me coordinate a few minor things being done at a nearby specialty mechanic before I arrived to pick up the vehicle and for the drove back to my home state. The price is very good for the vehicle. I highly suggest Hopper Motorola’s and the salesman Kyle that worked with me. This was a good experience all around.

We worked with Brian To purchase a Lexus. I typically don’t enjoy dealerships and the experience as a whole, but Brian and Hopper Motorplex were easy to work with and the atmosphere was nice.

Looked at a car they had online only to be disappointed in person at the condition of the vehicle and the fact that they had raised the price. They also try to pass on whatever costs they have to put into a vehicle after they made a bad buy/trade. They don’t negotiate on price either. Nice folks but it’s old school used car sales. Bought elsewhere.

I received a rapid response to my request for the Car Fax on the car but did not receive an answer to my inquiry regarding the explanation/history/reason for the surprisingly 10,312 low mileage on this 2013 car.

Within a few hours of putting in my information via CarGurus, I was called by Blake McLain at Hopper Motorplex. He was very honest and upfront when it came to qualifications in purchasing the Coupe. I was contacted on Friday, and purchased the car on Saturday. Although it did advertise for $15k, the contract was finalized around $30k with taxes and fees. That was the only draw back, but the actual dealership was very nice, and the employees were great.

Sales person Teresa was very professional and responsive while showing integrity in how she handled her customer. She made me feel welcome and at home . However, her sales Manger when it came time to deal on price was unwilling to budge and made the experience frustrating especially when trying to sell me a hail damaged truck. I chose to go elsewhere due to a very unperson- able interaction where that manager stayed in his office and didn't even bother to come talk with me or negotiate.

When another vehicle of the same type, but with lower mileage, and options I specifically wanted, came in, the salesman I was personally working with, immediately contacted me. I was impressed to see that my interests were actually looked after. I ended up purchasing the vehicle at fair price and no drama. As a customer I appreciate that. The internet sales team was very on top of my emails; helpful and friendly. I didn't make it all the way to McKinney because I found another car I liked before I got there. However, I would use them again in the future. They got my credit app approved over the phone- I had a response the same afternoon. They sent me pictures and video.
