They went above and beyond to help me get a car. I am very grateful for everything they did. The owner is amazing. I will definitely go back to this dealership for my future car purchases.
Had an appointment, which was made three days prior to me, looking at the car, and it was not washed at all. I had dents and dings everywhere waste of time. I came a long way to see the vehicle and the description of the car online did not match

All of our vehicles do go up online ASAP and sometimes there is a delay in getting through the inspections we need to do in order to verify the vehicle is safe. Be careful, I bought a 2024 Yukon, it has a scratch and the the sales manager promised to schedule its repair three weeks ago and he no longer answer the calls.
The car I tried to buy could not pass a safety inspection. Feel like these people were not truthful. Experience was a total waste of time. Did all the paper work to purchase the car and the next day they called and said they could not sell it. If a deal is to good to be true it ends up not being true.
Most disappointing big dealership I have ever encountered. Dealer advertised a 2017 Toyota 86 for $24,030 on internet/CarGurus,
when we got there, test drove it and ready to buy, but then we were offered with a different asking price at table, starting over $30k
after markup.  We stated we were OK with original asking price on internet + tax + license, but dealer had us negotiating from over
$30k. The situation was unbearable, especially when my son was present with his hard earned saving ready to buy. For a big USA
dealership, I would prefer the manager and salesmen to not speak Spanish between themselves in my present, as courtesy in
customer service place when customers don't speak Spanish.  I pointed out markup items were not stated in the ads and we do not
want them. For a 5yrs old used car: $1195 KARR Security PKG+$395 Door Edge Guard+$1090 Repel Shield+$495 DNA Trace

Was Hesitant because they’re a smaller lot compared to all the bigger ones especially in National City. But Sam helped me a lot and was really good. If you need help ask for Sam or Jose they know their stuff.

Disappointing Experience . We made an Appointment to view/drive the vehicle. When we got to the Dealership they told us they had sold the
vehicle the day/night before. They did not hold the vehicle for us to see and just asked what our Plan B was? There was no Plan B as we went
to view that specific vehicle and color. They did not give us a courtesy call or email message to let us know. We drove over 100 miles to find
this out!

Fernando and Selina were great. Got me a great interest rate and in and out in an hr or less. The vehicle was priced about $10,000 below, what it was valued at. They ordered an extra key fob, no cost to me. As well as taking care of some major scratches that happened when the previous owner took it through a drive thru car wash. They were extremely courteous and put me as the customer first and foremost. I recommend South county Buick and gmc

Don't buy from this place totally dishonest said they put low prices on the internet just to get you to come in then don't honor the price the most shady dealer I've ever been too rip off all the way worth it to go some place else other than south county buick

they were very prompt and most courteous when we
arrived on the lot.
The GTI was quickly readied for a test drive for both myself
and my wife.
It went well and the car was immaculate. We decided to
purchase.
Within 3 hours we were on our way.
The only short coming was that the SD card for the
Navigation maps was missing. The dealer informed us that
the car did not have the crd when they purchased it at a
car auction in the L.A. area.
Since purchasing the car we have had a TPMS warning for
loss of tire pressure. The dealer reset the TPMS but since
then it has happened again on a different tire. Both
warnings were a false indication.
I will contact South County Buick again burt suspect I will
have to go to VW to get this fixed.

I told him the type deal I wanted and all he said was just come in.
I am sure that dealers can give you a good idea if they can do a deal or not when you tell them up front what you are looking for and what you want for a trade in. 1 star
