The salesman I had been involved with in buying my car (and other dealership personnel were outstanding, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with their outstanding efforts. If I or friends would need a car I would go with them to your dealership. Thank you.

Marco was amazing! The rest of the process was horrible because of his supervisors. I was already financially approved with my bank. They sold the car to someone else even though I already had an appointment to close. They didn't even communicate that to Marco. Marco is great. I went there on 2 other occasions to try to get the price down from 43k to 38k, they gave me such a difficult time time even trying to ask for military discount thinking they support. I finally gave in and told Marco I will buy for 38k, I had an appointment and came in to purchase. We test drove the car one more time and after coming back from test driving they said they sold it for lower.37k for a walk-in... horrible.... waste of time...

Honolulu Volkswagen was great in trying to do all they could to find
the car that I wanted. That particular Audi Q5 was fine for someone
bigger than me so of course I was disappointed but satisfied because
I went down to see the car for myself. I was able to see the other
models at the same time. I have now decided on a 2024 Volkswagen
Golf GTI--now to get it. My thanks to Honolulu Volkswagen for their help.

Very unprofessional personnel. The salesman clearly did not want to sell any vehicles. I️ walked in to view a certain vehicle that I️ planned on purchasing same day. The vehicle was not cleaned at all, still had the previous owners belongings in it and the salesman walked back inside during the viewing. Wasn’t present for questions or explanation of information. Highly disappointed with this facility and the leadership. Being that it is a well known company, I️ expected better.

EJ was very helpful, kind and polite, very professional. Just didn't have parking and it was busy there. EJ let me park under the awning. It's too bad I couldn't pull off the deal with the truck.

My recent Jeep purchase was my very first time buying through a dealership. I had heard that dealerships spring lots of fees on people, especially when buying used cars,and that one had to be super careful not to get ripped off or pressured into a vehicle that they didn’t want. So,despite doing a ton of research, I was more than a little nervous when I headed to Honolulu Volkswagen. I stopped at another dealership along the way and there was such a sketchy vibe at that place that I didn’t even stay to test drive a vehicle. Honolulu Volkswagen had none of that- no sketchy vibe, no high-pressure sales, no hidden fees or markups. Instead, there was a friendly, laid-back, no pressure atmosphere. EJ, the super awesome salesperson whom helped me out, was quite knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and didn’t rush me at all as I spent a good deal of time looking over the Jeep that I then decided to purchase.

They help you to get car
I bought this Lexus and am pleased with it, but I feel cheated as to what I
was paid for my low mileage '05 Camry as a trade in. They should at least
have offered me the chance to sell it on my own. They also said they would
offer a warranty on the Lexus, but never did. I would not trust them again on
any promises made.
Utter disappointment!! Salesman kept telling us it was
brand new despite the 745+ miles on the truck..Come
on, everyone knows once you drive a vehicle off the lot
it is no longer new. Prices too high- we left. Best thing
ever bc now we are the proud owners of a brand new F-
150 XLT SuperCrew with only 35 miles.. Things happen
for a reason..
