I would not recommend anyone dealing with this dealer via any online/phone business. I contacted them through CarGuru and then spoke with Keith directly. I didn’t try moving the asking price at all and instead, asked to put a deposit down. Next came the detailed invoice….. ELO GPS-$699(some GPS tracker) Taxable fees-$104.50 Dealer fee-$999 Non tax fee-$356.65 A grand total of $1,460.15 that was added on without any mention of the the fees prior to the invoice. Five minutes on the phone and a whopping $1,460.15! I hope this helps you decide on what kind of dealer experience you would like or not.

The dealership called back really interested in selling me the car, I asked about shipping car etc, he answered all my questions. Once I told him we were paying cash he said it was sold. Funny how this car has been on the lot for 81 days and the day I call to purchase it, it all of the sudden was sold?

They are real people that treat you as a “valued” customer

Prompt response and professional. Never got to the dealership. Bought the same car in another color at another dealership ,deal was too good to pass up .

All dealer representatives were polite, courteous and not overbearing. Serving hotdogs on the grill and bottled water was a nice bonus too.

I don't believe they gave any info on price at that time. That was my question to them. And I don't think they tried to contact me later with a price.

We could not settle on an out the door price I could afford. A very small amount was allowed for my trade. I found the same model at another dealer for $1000 less.

No help, salesman hung up the phone on me, not willing to even negotiate on a car. Not a good salesman

These people quoted one price and showed it on line but the car cost me over $2000 more in the end. I've since gotten rid of it and will never go there again.
