Extremely helpful, professional, and no pressure sales. Wish I could remember the sales guy name. I know he’s new there but has sold Honda for 8 years and followed the manager to this dealership. Knew the Honda product and easy to talk to.

Just bought a used 2015 Fusion from here. From the moment of first contact via email with Edgar to walking in the front door and being greeted multiple times, to our final salesman Daniel Lupton they were nothing but friendly and courteous. We feel like we received a fair deal ($5k less than sticker on car in lot.) and to help us get rid of a smoke smell the will provide a full, all day detail for us. Would definitely buy here again.

This was the best car buying experience i've ever had. Mr. Ray Wang, the
internet sales rep, was very helpful, and when i went to the dealership,
everyone was pleasant and professional, and the 2011 Nissan Murano was
just as advertised. The entire process took less time than i expected and i'm
very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend this dealership to
everyone. Peace.
After internet rep agreed to the price during negotiation, he failed to call back for the agreed 6 pm delivery. I told him that it’ll take at least 1.5 hours in traffic to get there. After a couple of hours, I called him back to ask what happened... He nonchalantly pretended he forgot and stated that his manager disagreed with the price... A couple of days later, he’s asking if I was still interested on the vehicle. I told him yeah! .... NOT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THOUGH!!!

Showed up without an appointment and spoke to a sales representative that said they didn't have the car available and it was just sold. Then the sales person tried to get me into a civic hybrid, I laughed, said I didn't want that, and walked out.
Guy didn't seem trustworthy so I set up an appointment through cargurus and got a phone a missed call within 30 min. I called the sales rep back, rep said that they still had the car available, told me he would check the lot and call back once verified the car was available. Got a call back and the Car wasn't available. I guess the sakes rep st the dealership was telling the truth.

If it would show up I would give them ZERO stars! We spoke to them
about the car and said we were interested. My husband even worked
through the financing. We live about 45 minutes away from Pasadena and
arranged to come and see the car and then sign the papers. We were told
that if we came by 3:00 the next day the car was ours. We arrived at 12:30
test drove the car and when we got back to the lot they told me the car
was already sold. They didn't keep their word, they DID NOT apologize for
the problem and even laughed at us as we were leaving. COMPLETELY
UNPROFESSIONAL! They totally lived up to the stereotypical slimy used
car salesman! Buy your car from anyone else but these guys!

We were interested in purchasing this car, and we emailed the dealership
to confirm it was still available. We recieved, what we later found out was
a generic response, that it was available and come up to see our
inventory. We had been looking for at least several months and done our
homework regarding condition and our requirements. We took the day off
and drove there from San Diego. The exterior of the vechicle was in good
shape however we opened the door to a smoke shop. Doing our
homework prior to, in your ad you specifically stated non-smoker which
clearly wasn't the case. Well the salesman tried to handle the situtation
by offering suggestions to remove/mask the smoke smell of the car. It
wasn't his fault the car wreaked. I have asthma and chronic sinus
conditions so clearly this would have been taken off our list immediately
and we wouldn't have made the trip. Three things: 1) you can't remove
that heavy smoker smell from the car ever, so don't suggest to someone
that it can be without replacing headliner, seat covers, carpet, etc. 2)
Maybe whomever is posting your marketing should have a better
screening method. 3) Maybe your generic response to the personal
emails you recieve should have a real person respond... I get you want to
sell cars, we the public want to buy or we wouldn't be looking! Best of

I ended up buying a car locally in Orange County, however,
Suki at Honda of Pasadena was excellent in getting back to
me with information on the cars I was looking at (from their
ads). Additionally, they have the BEST internet experience
(easy to go from car to car and see all details). I may
consider the drive next time.

and wanted to show us the 2016's - I happened to walk right

The vehicle on the lot was not the vehicle
advertised. They used a stock photo for
the ad which was a different package and
color. It took the dealer over 30 mins to
locate the vehicle on their multiple lots.

Did an internet deal with these guys today. No haggle, no bullsh!t.
One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had.
Travis Gregory, RC Chavez, and Chris Eckert are super team that
work well together and are true professionals without lacking
personality. Vehicle purchased was a used 2010 Honda Element
and it was spotless. Certified Pre-Owned Honda deal - it looked
brand new. Would not hesitate to send my grandma there to buy a
car, they are that good.

overpriced used car on freeway the sales staff all standing around
like a boys club .No parking on lot .it was awefull go else where
truely don't waste your time or money.
