Looking for a pre-owned, mid-sized SUV, I told the salesman the bottom line price I was willing to pay for vehicles comparable to the ones on their lot. Dominique, the salesman, was helpful, but the manager was not willing to work with my bottom line. I left Honda South and went to a nearby dealership where I purchased what I wanted. A few days later I was sent a message from Honda South that asked if I was still interested and the price of the vehicle had been lowered to my bottom line price. It was too late. I had told them I was ready to purchase THAT day, and I did so at a different dealership.

Absolutely terrible I spoke with three people and never was able to receive any answers to the question I asked. Was ready to buy the car immediately. It is disgusting that in the so difficult to buy a car. I
I called four times and was never able to get any type of answers from any of the help making the purchase
Very unprofessional employees. The deal didn't go thru with my Credit Union due to the vehicle had to many miles. The salesman called me the night before the deal fell thru to tell me that I left my license. Since the deal didn't go through I ask Chad to mail my license. I attempted to contact him several times via his cell phone no response after multiple attempts, Call the dealership no response, call the dealership ask for the sales manager still waiting for someone to return my call this situation has been going on since the 9th of January and I have not still received my license nor a phone call back from a sales manager.
This honda they are saying is SOLD, but on every website it is showing available.
When you call, some agent will say it is available, come now, and some will say it is sold.
Carguru also shows the price is reduced; but the fact that it is already sold, they just want
people drive to their center and then they will provide the other alternatives.

Super nice. Just talked about the car, didn't actually go there
We planned to drive 4+ hours away for a vehicle, but we were told by a salesman that we weren’t a priority since we weren’t physically in the store this weekend. Asked questions and was only told it would have to be gone over when we got there, but yet we’re told they’d make sure we got to our goal payment if we came in the store. Real upsetting to feel so low as a customer that would usually gladly give great recommendations to friends and family.

The car was sold before my appointment and I was never called to let me know. Thankfully Car Guru emailed me before driving almost 2 hours
I received a call from Hailee and set up an appointment to test drive a few cars I found on CarGurus. When
I arrived, another salesman greeted me as I was walking in the door. I told him who I came to see. Instead
of connecting me with Hailee, he connected me with another salesman. I did not like the customer service
experience, he was not very accommodating, he was not willing to negotiate with pricing and did not offer to
help me find the car i wanted from another source. I felt like he was just going through the motions with me
and not taking me seriously. He gave me his card as he turned his back and walked off saying that if I found
a car in my price range, let him know. The next day, Hailee called to see if I kept my appointment. I told her
that I did and even asked for her. She mentioned that they didn't put me in the system. As a result, I don't
want to do business with them because of this experience.

I had a very pleasant experience at Honda South. Ty was very helpful and knowledgeable about the CR-V. He didn't pressure me at all during the whole process. He was very helpful in fact. I am loving this vehicle!

Was contacted immediately & offered great customer service.
My brother went to the dealership and was on his own. The calls weren't returned and I drove up eight hours only for the call to be returned AFTER the car I came for was sold to someone else. Then after I got back home to Arkansas after calling the salesperson several times when I was in the state but she NEVER responded to the calls or voicemail on the day of my arrival. Unprofessional!

I spoke with a representative from the dealer several times and scheduled a test drive. She called me the night before and the morning of to reconfirm yet when I arrived she was not available and to add insult to injury, the 2017 Infiniti had been sold over the weekend. It was a complete waste of my time. I drove across town for nothing.

STAY AWAY
This morning I called to check if they still had a vehicle in stock, they told it was still
available. I live a hour away and told them I would be there in about an hour. After
getting there, the sale rep went to get the keys after about 10 minutes he came back
saying there was a problem and that the vehicle wasn't there. I asked him where it was
and he said it was probably on a truck and would be delivered in a couple days. ( this
vehicle had been listed on car gurus for 17 Days) What he did have was the pricing info
for the car, this car that was listed for about $15,600, they wanted just under $20,000
which included almost $2500 in dealer fees. (including a fee of about $1100 for
reconditioning the vehicle) At this point I was not happy and asked to speak to the sales
manager. After having some unpleasant words with him, he told me that if I didn't like
how they did bu
Called to inquiry about a vehicle and asked if it was available. I was told it was and that it will be pulled around for me to come in and test drive it. I explained that I was 35 minutes away and would be on my way, only to be told that the vehicle had a recall and was at another dealer once I arrived here. I was very disappointed and it was a waste of time. I would have appreciated being told the truth instead of being baited to come here.
Long story short. Loved the vehicle. Was extremely low balled on my trade ins. Price listed on Cargurus was $1000.00 less that what
they said their price was (said price online was if I used THEIR financing even though there was no disclaimer} added on the the base
price was a "reconditioning fee" of $1100.00 which, as a purchaser, I shouldn't be responsible for; an almost $1000.00 dock fee on top of
the tax tag and title. The sales person could not answer me on the price of any extended warranty. His manager came in to try and
pressure me for the sale and HE wouldn't tell me what the warranty would cost. Took me to ANOTHER person to go over that information.
Meanwhile I asked for my keys back at least 4 times before they would hand them over. All of this after telling them that , in full
disclosure, that I didn't make snap decisions and that I had 2 other appointments that day and that I would not be making my decision on
which one I was going to purchase until that happened.

Great experience! Contacted dealer after hours. Received contact via e-mail and text before noon the next business day. Salesperson made themselves available for appointment that same day in the afternoon. Didn’t work for my schedule so she gave me multiple options for the next few days. Told me what to bring for our appointment. Total time at dealership, including test drive, until I walked out with new keys was 2 hours 20 minutes on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Exceeded my expectations compared to what I’ve experienced at dealerships in the past.

Ashley- competent sales woman. She was very attentive, patient and I received great customer service from her.
Overall, I had a positive experience conversing with the staff at Willett. They get an A+ for
being friendly and providing videos/pictures. The reason for the 4-Star rating was because
I felt a little mislead. The Pilot I inquired about had additional accessories (black rims,
running boards, etc). In the fine print, it says these were extra. When we were concluding
on a final price I had to ask specifically if these accessories were included or extra to
receive a straight answer. This could have been a mild misunderstanding through passive
communication (email). Regardless, they were pleasant and helpful.

We received an automatic response email immediately after requesting information on CarGuru. The email
requested our zip code so we could get a full quote on the car. We responded immediately, but after that we
never heard back from the dealership. Very frustrating!

HUGE waste of time. There are too many other

facility. The bathrooms were disgusting and the
salesman that we dealt with was greatly lacking
in courtesy & respect. We were talked down to

Absolutely worse dealership I have ever been to. Miguel was a good sales person. Very kind and answered all the
question. They I gave my car to them to get appraised for trade in. Few minutes later Manager shows up
with his big boss attitude and tells me to go sell my car somewhere else. Also He asked me about how would I pay
for Honda Odyssey and I told him I would pay cash. He jacked up the price by $1000. On dealership ad, there is no
mention of different price on cash purchase vs finance purchase. Since he raised the price up, I told him i would
not be interested in purchasing the vehicle. He did not even try to sell the minivan and walked off. I find him
extremely rude and cocky. I will never buy a vehicle from this place and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Gave the out the door price via email. Went in and had a test drive. Liked the car and bought it.
At the time of financing they informed me that I could not have the Honda advertised financing
because then the price of the car would be a $1000 more. I still bought the car with the higher
interest rate loan, since I can always refinance the loan. It was no pressure atmosphere at the
dealership and I liked that.

They answered all my questions. A few things they did not know, i think those things they should know.
The ad said "frame damaged". I ask about that. And the answer was that they do not know.
I see that the position of the zo6 emblem on the front fenders is higher then all other corvettes. That they also do not know why.
At the back of the car I see a other exhaust and diffuser. Information of those items is not clear.

I had recently purchased a 2018 Honda Civic EX-L that was totaled in a
rear end accident only two months after I had purchased the vehicle. Four
days after the wreck, Progressive declared the vehicle a total loss and that
same day I was able to come here and purchase a 2017 Honda Civic
Touring to replace the car that was totaled. I got a better trim model for
cheaper than what I paid for just an EX-L at another dealer. They didn’t try
to sell me anything here, they just tried to help me get the car I wanted for
the price I could afford. I will definitely make another 75 mile drive to get to
this dealership for the service they provide!

I was please with my communication that I had with them
Tyran was the best person to work with. I was contacting them about their 2006 Toyota Tacoma and he was quick to respond to all my questions. When I was ready to purchase the vehicle, he had given me a call to let me know that it was no longer on their lot because it had some mechanical issues and they didn't want to sell it to me. Although I didn't buy any vehicle from them, I would definitely recommend them to anyone because they were very honest.

I also received an email about setting up an appointment to view the car. when I arrived the salesman Mr. Al Thornton made certain that I did not have to wait to check out the car. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. The financing staff I found to be condescending and manipulative.
I had a great car buying experience at Willet Honda! Al was very helpful and
gave me a great test drive int this Camry. I also got a monthly payment that
was doable. The total of monthly payments was only 3 months past the 60
months I wanted. My son and I got there around 11:00 and I was leaving by
3:00, and that included detailing time. I would recommend this dealer to
others.

I only spoke with this dealer after I contacted them and not thru
CarGurus. The people were very nice and helpful and professional in
every way. My biggest disappointment was that they would not take a
substantial down payment to hold the vehicle until I could get there. I live
over six hours from this dealership and could not take the chance of
driving all that way only to find the truck had been sold. I would have
liked to have made a deal with this dealer but their stiff necked policy on
deposits (down payments) did not allow this.

I called them in the morning and later in the day to inquire about a used Hyundai Genesis coupe. On the second call, I told them it was urgent as I needed to buy a car for my son ASAP. Both times the receptionist said they would call. On the second call, she said she had let the manager know. Nobody ever called back. I bought a Hyundai Genesis Coupe from a different dealer that week.

Bad customer service. One of the individuals couldn't look
me in the eye. Then I was told I'll be called back never was.
My experience with this dealership was horrible. I
eventually found several cars better than what they were
offering. Better mileage, retail price, and warranties. If I had
more thumbs I'll give them four thumbs down.

The salesperson called me and stated that he would not be able to finance the balance of the vehicle even though I was able to put over half down. He allowed me to walk away because I did not have a co-signer, per his request. Upon requesting to speak with a manager or general manager, the opportunity was not provided.

Responded to interest in vehicle; a visit to the dealer for this vehicle revealed a vehicle that is in very poor exterrior condition. The vehicle rear bumper is a replacement or at best has a poor paint job and the front bumper has had work done. There is dings all over the vehicle and a very noticable dent in the roof and several other scuff marks over it and a large oil stain in the trunk. After pointing these problems out, was told it would sit another 2 or 3 weeks before dropping the $$.
