Very unprofessional dealer. There’s a big lack of effective communication on dealer’s part. Right from the beginning of my appt, I was very disappointed. He sat us in his office for about 20-30min unattended. He was moving up and down and when he finally came to us, we ask him to tell us about the car and he couldn’t give us the full details. Still went ahead and test drove the car. They were convincing me to finance through them but I had a very good rate with my credit union. When they realized that they couldn’t match my rate, my dealer refused to communicate that to me. I kept calling and messaging but no answer from the dealer called JACK. I finally got hold of the manager and he was quite unprofessional too. He only focused on me getting them the check but not acknowledging my frustration with my dealer JACK. It’s not a place I’d recommend.

Unfortunately their asking price on a used vehicle they had for sale I felt was over priced relavent to prevailing market prices, Afterwards when I pointed this out to them they were not willing to acquiesce on their price. I personally would not waste my time going back there again. John P.

Car was good, but missing the second row middle seat. I was told they would not replace it because “it was bought at auction and we’d lose money in the sale if we had to replace it.” I was then asked if it was a “deal breaker?” Despite this being the case, I was still contacted to try to make the sale. We are a large family and every seat counts, hence buying a mini van. Needless to say, we went with another car at a different dealership.

Called on this truck price was at 34,900 then when I was calling to make plans to see it price to 38,000. When I called about it I was first told it was sold. Then after giving them the stock number found out it was not sold. Asked what’s going on with the price change I was told a manger would call me. It almost a week and have not heard from anyone. Bought a truck somewhere else.

Lack of professionalism. Experience was all rushed out and seem like there wasn't even given the real financial information given expect towards the end . Was told a different deal in beginning , than toward the end of was told a 500 month . Did not accept it due to that experience. Once I said no , they started towarding more deals to leave with something . Unprofessional. If you want a fiance a car is serious , it's not just signing a paper . Got a better real on the same car somewhere else anyways.

Dealer seemed to lack professionalism inasmuch as he could care less about providing service to me as a motivator to buy. I, in FACT, made an offer and never heard back from him. So as far as I'm concerned, this is a fly by night outfit.

The dealer kept sold product on the platform, it's a wasted efforts thinking the car will be mine. The company representative called me to come to the showroom without discussing any alternative car.

Dealership immediately responded that the vehicle I was inquiring about was not available because of their fast changing inventory and competitive prices and then suggested an alternative vehicle. The alternative had the same VIN so clearly playing games to try to make the buyer feel a sense of urgency. Basically the "I've had 3 other buyers look at this today"

Dealership was pleasant to deal with. Responded quickly to any email or text. Vehicle was ready at appt time and salesman was friendly and accommodating. No pressure appt ! Did not purchase but would recommend dealership.

Salesperson was very pushy. Not very familiar with out of State registration requirements. Bought vehicle on a Monday. Here it is the following Monday and have yet to receive the new plates and registration documents. New vehicle sits in my driveway.

Personnel were polite, helpful, and low pressure. Did my own (realistic) math to calculate what I should be making for monthly payments and the finance guy worked with me to get my payment within $10 of that. Long wait times unfortunately even though there really wasn't much to figure out.

Very friendly, professional and efficient. I was contacted almost immediately by Danielle, the internet manager. They were very accommodating to my schedule to come and check out the vehicle. It was a 2-hour 20-minute Drive. When I got there the car had been detailed. It was everything that the ad had said it was. Drove home in a great new car! I would highly recommend this dealership.
