Very friendly staff. Car was listed correctly at dealership. Sales staff communicated at point of inquiry, answered questions by text and email. We had some questions regarding interior, salesperson to extra step to video and attached to text. Car was ready for test drive. We took a couple days for decision dealerships did all paperwork on line and personally delivered vehicle.

After visiting three other Hyundai dealers in my area, being given misinformation, no information, and not having calls returned, Patricia from Holler Hyundai contacted me regarding my interest in a Palisade. The customer service I received from Patricia was exemplary; emails, calls were returned quickly, questions answered, and we were able to negotiate a deal on the car of my choice. I could not be more satisfied and highly recommend Patricia and Holler Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car!

This car purchase was easy. Bessie had the car ready for us to test drive when we arrived at the dealership. Toni was our finance manager and was was able to get us an excellent intrest rate. We were so happy with this car buying experience, we purchased a 2nd car.

well they did all the paperwork and ran my credit last night.they said they will call me first thing in the morning.i signed some papers and then I call and they said they sold the car.after they made me wait in the dealer for 2 hours,they said it was late that they already send some applications to some banks and that they would answer in the morning.They never called and sold the car.this dealer is very irresponsible and they lie to customers. I would never send anyone there to buy a car.Then the 2 managers do not know was is going on and tell me 1 come 1 serve.when I was their from yesterday.

I had a great experience with this dealer. My online inquiry about a vehicle was responded to immediately. When I arrived to see the vehicle, I was greeted immediately by Ryan. The vehicle was gassed up and ready for a test drive. My sales representative Dale was also very nice to work with. One thing I noticed about this dealership versus others I had visited, is they were actually selling cars. A lot of activity in the showroom. I would definitely recommend doing business with Holler Hyundai, I think this dealership truly cares about the customer experience.

Very good overall. The salesman who assisted me (Jose) was very patient and did his best to help me. However, bad weather and heavy evening traffic made it difficult to properly evaluate the qualities of the vehicle I was interested in.

With the convenience of online car shopping I was able to find a car I liked. I walked into the dealer showed them the photo, test drove the car, made an offer and was done. Car buying is much easier than it has ever been.

I ended up purchasing a different vehicle from Holler Hyundai. Juan Agostini was my sales consultant and was excellent. All of the staff were very helpful and didn't try to sell or over sell! I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and I usually dislike the experience. However, I would purchase another vehicle from Holler Hyundai when the need arises. Thanks for the respect!

First off the Salesman Lamon was great, he did what he could. We drove almost 2 hours to see a 2013 car we found online for 12995. Lamon took my husband out on a drive and we did like the car. we then went inside to discuss. Lamon talked with us a bit about the car and then he brought out the finance guy. We told the finance guy we could get 2.24% from our credit union, he stated that without written proof he could give us a rate of 4.0 and said it would only be about 10.00 more per month. um so what.. then proceeded to tell us where else we should shop for cars...we also discussed that there was only one key fob, and we wanted another. Lamon asked the sales manager for us, and he said NO. we would have to pay about 150.00 for another one. we still wanted the car and decided to go to our credit union on Monday. we were about to leave and the sales manager asked if we wanted to put a deposit to hold the car, and my husband said we would if he would throw in the key fob. He said NO so we left. we got our financing all in order from credit union 1.99% so half of what they were giving us. Since we couldn't go back until Thursday of that week,and because it was a 2 hour drive, we called and asked to put a deposit down on the car. NO we don't do deposits over the phone .seriously? ok so come thurday, check in hand we go 2 hours back to get our car. first off we get there and the car is still on the lot with the sticker on it. was a little disappointed. Then I say to my husband why don't u drive it again. so he does, upon driving it he puts the window down a few times and then it stops working altogether, so they take it to their shop to check it out. so after waiting 30-40 mins we go to lunch and come back. They then state nothing is wrong with the window but if u use it too much, it gets hot and stops working, I didn't really like that idea. then we start poking at the car some more and the moldings around the doors is about falling off and the headliner is messed up and there is tar all over the bottom that they didn't even clean off, plus the no key fob. we just left the car quite disappointed. I really think they could have saved the sale from the beginning with a simple key fob, I don't know but we went somewhere else and bought a car where they made us a key fob for free, gave us a warranty, had a nice sold sign in the window when we arrived.

Good experience. Very customer focused. Navy Federal Auto Buying Program directed me to them and they had the best price/value for the car I wanted. Very diverse staff - I'm talking across the board: younger, older, males, females, from out-of-state, and numerous ethnicities. Quick to greet and assist. A set dealer fee. Cars are priced competitively so no haggling - which builds trust. Overall, a straight forward experience - I like the fact the prices are easily seen online. I saw other customers as well looking and feeling the same way - not stressed. Thanks for the deal.

I returned a phone call from Diane to test drive the jeep that I was interested in purchasing. I was told that Diane was on another call and that she would return my call as soon as she got off that call. 45 minutes later I still didn't receive a call back. I then drove 1 hour and 35 minutes to test drive the jeep just to be told by another salesperson that they sent it over for auction a couple of hours ago. Diane finally called the next day and told me that the jeep was sold prior to me arriving at the dealership. Two totally different stories. They can't be trusted.

Low trade in offer on my 2011 Genesis 4.6, $18000 max. 38000 miles KBB trade in value $20590. They would not lower their price on the truck to keep me on the lot, I walked away knowing I will not be had.

When I asked for auto history and such, I got pictures and invites to drive 90 miles for a test drive. When I subsequently pushed further I was told the car had suddenly sold. Feels like a bait and switch to me.

never communicated with me until after auto was sold and then sales person was unaware of being sold. furthermore , i had already submitted loan approval forms to finance dept. 3 or 4 days prior to the sell and dept has my SS# and all personal information and to date I have still not heard from them. Sales person stayed in touch except i had to tell her that auto was no longer on sight ;-(( pissed !!!
