Great place to buy a vehicle. They may not have the best prices but at least you can trust them. They fixed a couple very small issues i had with the vehicle and even threw in a little extra. Friendly people to do buisness with i would recommend them.

I ask 5 different dealers a simple question - "exactly what options does your car have?" within a few minutes John Krug from Holiday replied back with the complete window sticker. Simply said 'if you have any other questions just let me know'... no hard sales pitch, no rushing/pushing me along, etc. Later that day or early next, he replied with a bit more history he found on the car. Again - courteous and simply said 'if you need anything, let me know'.
Such a simple thing - I asked a question, John gave a prompt, courteous reply, All I got from the other dealers were 'form' emails, automated replies and sales pitches about how i needed to 'act fast'. Unfortunately, John's car didn't have all the options I was looking for, but if I see another, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

The vehicle I was interested in, was already sold. But didn't tell me until I told them I was driving 45 mins there to see it and I wanted to confirm it was there, that's when she responded it had been sold already....but we have more great deals. I didn't go.

The initial service from Tony Deich was fast & courteous. Though my daughter didn't but Camry, we found a Mazda Certified Mazda 6 that was a better value @Holiday. No pressure plus Tom Kuitert was honest which helped a lot. Our familys 2nd car from Holiday!

I've never had such a pleasant, tension-free experience in purchasing a
car. It started right away: where other dealers asked for my phone number
before giving out information, Holiday replied immediately to my email with
all the data I requested. I was given an excellent price quote via email,
and there was no 'bait and switch' when I drove to the dealership. The
trade-in when smoothly. Every person I dealt with was straightforward.
This is not my first rodeo - I've been buying cars since the 1980s - and this
was the best experience I've ever had. They even sent me a thank-you

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Holiday Automotive. I traded in my vehicle only to get a letter from the City of Milwaukee Tow Lot saying that the vehicle(that i traded in) was in my name and towed to the lot and I am responsible for the charges. Then once I found a car, the financial part was a nightmare.
They "were unable to find my credit score" and offered me the guaranteed approval rate that is very high. Then after making 8 "soft" pulls they were able to find my credit score and make a deal.
The dealership tried everything they possibly could to get me to add on useless rain-x products and warranties so they could get more money. They did not budge on the price. They acted like they were mad at me for not getting any of the $800 rain-x add ons.
I drove a long way from Door County and the entire process took all day. I was exhausted by the time I was done.

Couldn't be happier with Holiday. We live a little over an hour from
where they are so I asked a lot of questions up front and wanted to get
as much details and visuals as possible before we came to them. We
went to look at a vehicle that had a minor flaw in the seat that we were
told was repairable. In lieu of coming up to see that truck and going
home with the intent to buy and allowing time to have the flaw fixed,
Holiday jumped within 24 hours and had the flaw repaired without
even knowing for certain we were going to buy it. (amazing service)
Turns out we didn't like that vehicle when we got there (nothing wrong
with it, just didn't fit our taste as much as other trucks) but we found a
truck that was perfect for us.
Holiday not only jumped through hoops in prep for our arrival, but then
knew we were coming close to their closing time. Everyone stayed
and made sure everything was perfect. Cory was outstanding and we
look forward to working with him again.

The person that you meet is not the one you talk to on the phone. Got to dealership after driving an hour to get their and the vehicle condition indicated that wasn't ready for sale. It was detailed, washed, and supposedly safety checked, but my test drive showed otherwise. There was a splash of engine coolant in the reservoir well below the minimum mark, the driver's side mirror was damaged and held on by tape which wouldn't pass a dot inspection because there is no rearview mirror, the windshield had 2 noticeable stone chips that could easily spread a crack and also may not pass a dot, I suspected some alignment issues, and the entire exhaust system looked like it was in need of replacement in the near future. The priced the vehicle in "good" or "excellent" condition buy with the accident reported on the free autocheck report I felt that the vehicle was at best in "fair" condition. Who knows what else I find when I actually go through the vehicle? They refused to re-price the vehicle and there is little room for negotiation. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

This Truck was was still in stock and promised to be available for a test drive. A day before schedule test drive noticed it was no longer on car gurus. I asked for and received a very fair price (the Kelly Blue Book value) for my trade-in; I asked for and received an incentive to drive the 129 miles from another state to Holiday in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and I am so glad I did. I really wanted the PRHT feature on the Mazda MX-5 and I really wanted to buy a Mazda certified vehicle. The 2012 Miata was a one-owner, low mileage vehicle, and was the car I was looking for.
