Very friendly service staffs, Megan is our sale person, she is very friendly and helpful but no push to buying. She let us make a decision about the car, and we purchased 2020 q5 plug-in hybrid.

accommodating when I test drove the vehicle. Good follow up but I
decided against this vehicle.

They did contact me and set up an appointment for a Saturday. It was purchased the day before. I contacted the
dealer and confirmed that the car that the car was no longer available, but the dealer made no other offer to assist me
with another car purchase or even to keep my appointment. In contrast, when I asked if I needed to keep the
appointment, the response was "no, you don't need to come down. I purchased from another dealer.

Brandon was great! Cruiser was great! No pressure sales and he drove the vehicle over 30 miles after work which took him 70 miles away from his home to deliver it to me since I kept my other vehicle and couldn’t take it home with me. Very pleased with service and vehicle. Thanks!
