Great dealership.

I was contacted quickly. The price was exactly what I wanted. The Dealer was over 100 miles from me. I would have bought the car, EXCEPT, both Front Seats that were ripped and ruined. The price is still great for a great BMW Z3 with less than 100,000 miles. Hey, I almost bought it.

Very responsive and helpful. I appreciated that they sent me updates on the vehicle I was looking at. Though I didn’t choose my car from them I recommend them.

The dealer replied to my request and I replied back letting them know I was no longer interested. So they actually showed good customer service.

Looked at car when they were cleaning and was unable to drive it and told to come back Thursday. Then when showed on Thursday was told it was just sold.. crappy way to do business..

Never called back for two cars I wanted. I went there to see a BMW. They told me they will call me after they check steering of car but never called over that weekend so I can make a down payment.

I talked to Jim at Hitchcock Auto and he seemed very responsive and willing to allow my mechanic to look at the vehicle even to drop it off himself so that my mechanic can look at the vehicle so he seems to be very accommodating still looking into the car that I was looking at and after the review by my mechanic Jim and I will proceed but he seems very respectable and accommodating

Took two weeks to respond to my request on car gurus. I called and drove 2 1/2 hours to see car. Wasn’t as nice as described. Definitely disappointed for what they were asking. Salesman was very friendly.

I would like to say my experience was good. I signed the contract and made my deposit on this car. I was supposed to pick it up in a few days as the the mechanic was going to replace a few sensors that were tied to a check engine light. I received a voicemail the night before I was supposed to pick up my car stating there was a major issue and i would be refunded my deposit. Supposedly there was a crank shaft issue and my saleswoman said they didn't feel comfortable selling me the car. Here's the mystery. The car price changed on the website from originally $9999.95 to $12,998.00. I asked Harry why the car was showing up on the website at a higher price and he did not know why the owner would do this. Harry was not overly apologetic over this nor did he even offer to show me any other cars that might be suitable as a replacement. I am left skeptical if the crank shaft issue is real. If this is a major engine repair, why is the car for sale at a $3000.00 increase before the repairs?

Our initial financing quote was a little over $400.00, per month, for a 48 month loan term. We asked the dealership to reconfigure loan for a longer period of 72 months, in order to reduce our payments. When they reconfigured the monthly payments, the payments ended up being more than the original monthly quote at the 72 month option, than the 48 month loan. The new payments didn't make sense. Tried throwing in multiple packages to justify payment amount, we just wanted the 16K truck. The truck, would've ended up costing us over 30,000 when payments were completed. We did NOT end up using this dealer, or purchasing this vehicle. That being said, the sales team was very friendly and responded to us in a timely manner.

I recommend them. I received excellent service and the dealer fulfilled all promises made. I love my new Charger.

How worked *hard* to get me into this vehicle. We didn’t get there in the end but not for lack of effort. He was extremely helpful and professional, offered a fair amount of my trade in, and was flexible. The car is quality and their rep is solid. I’d highly recommend them.
