The dealer contacted me back on a Monday afternoon. We exchanged emails until we agreed upon terms. She sent me a credit card slip to complete to secure the vehicle. I completed it and emailed it back along with several other documents she requested on Monday evening. I proceeded to call and email Tuesday with no response. I did the same Wednesday with no response, so I called and spoke to someone else. She assured me she would speak to the manager and he would call me back in a few minutes. I never got a call back. About 530 I called again to see what was going on and was told that the car had been sold that afternoon so it was a moot point.
I am truly unsure why I got sold out when I agreed to a cash purchase of the car at their advertised price. This is certainly no way to conduct business, thus, I would not recommend Hillside Toyota to anyone!!!

I just filed a complain on BBB (their rating on BBB is D-). Within the first
few days of owning the truck I took it to the dealership here in Madison,
WI to have it serviced. They found a crack in the transmission case and
previous front and rear end damage (both bumpers replaced). When
they changed the transmission fluid they also found the threads for the
drain plug were stripped. Now the truck leaks transmission fluid and it
needs a new transmission case. Being in WI it is not possible to drive a
truck with cracked transmission case to your dealership in NY for
warranty repairs without potentially running out of transmission fluid
and/or making things worse....see leak in the picture. Lee's Toyota
refused to even consider helping me unless I bring the truck back to their
dealership. I still hope they''ll do the decent thing and help me get the
truck repaired by a dealer here in Madison, but definitely a hard lesson to
learn.......Buyers BEWARE! For all buyers check out all the complaints

then try to sell me something I don't
want...TRICKSTERS!!!
