This car has three different low-quality tire brands mounted on it — a serious red flag, especially for an AWD vehicle, where mismatched tread patterns can damage the drivetrain. How can they justify selling such a beautiful car in this condition? It suggests poor maintenance and possibly careless ownership. If something this obvious was overlooked, what else might be wrong under the surface? Was the car abused by the previous owner? All signs point to yes. You decide if it’s worth the risk.

It is certainly a possibility that this particular vehicle just arrived and did not have its reconditioning completed when you viewed it. Unfortunately, the salesperson I dealt with was dishonest from the start. She didn’t inform me that the vehicle was already sold. I pre-arranged a certified check and had my auto insurance carrier waiting to effect the changes. I chose this dealership because they had the better deal. However, I have an extremely low tolerance for white lies so they lost my trust; I decided against conducting business with them on this sole reason. I have limited time to shop but I will not settle for a poor customer experience.

Traveled to this dealership from CT and man did I regret it. Not only were they not willing to negotiate, they also low balled me for my trade in. Another Honda dealership was willing to give me $12350 for my car, Hillside wanted to give me $9650. I initially thought this was a negotiation tactic until the salesman said "let's meet in the middle, how about 10k?" I thought he was joking because obviously, that's not the middle. Until he told me that's as most as he was going to give me. I looked up other dealerships in NY that were selling my car for upwards of 15k! When I asked to speak to a manager, he told me that we had to discuss the price between us before I could speak with anyone else. Horrible customer service. They didn't have the courtesy to at least negotiate since I came up 2 hours and that I had to leave my job (The FD) to come here. This would explain why the car has sat on the lot for more than 100 days. Horrible Horrible customer service.
TL;DR: Low ball trade in appraisals and bad customer service. I didn't listen to the reviews, PLEASE, listen to the reviews.
