So far, so good. Remote buy with home delivery arrangements in place. Will update as needed. But, pleased overall so far.
When I sent an email to inquire as to if the car was still available.. I didn't hear back from the dealership. I went back to their site to see if the car was still there. and they had increased the price of it by $4,000! I texted them about this and their lack of integrity.. and they just said the car was still available. Their site now says the car was sold, but I just wonder if they are saying that, so they can list it again with the higher amount or sent it to one of their other branches to sell it there. This dealership is shady and I wouldn't deal with them. They are crooked.

Very responsive but vehicle condition was questionable with open recall that was not addressed. If the recall was addressed I would have likely accepted offer, gone through PPI and purchased vehicle if PPI was acceptable.

Arrived to find out that the car was sold a week ago, despite scheduling an appointment days in advance and confirming multiple times at the request of what I thought was an employee. I arrive at the dealership to learn that the person I spoke to was just their AI Assistant and that I had wasted my time.

What you see in ads is already sold , we learn that when four other clients came in as well for cars in ads that were already gone as we were watching , but they don’t disappoint with selection, we found a beautiful SUV for are price point , service is high class , good expirence purchasing SUV, very busy atmosphere , dealership facilities are top notch.

The dealership showroom floor was stunning with an amazing inventory. Sales staff was very informative and helpful with great energy. The GM DAVID came out to greet us and even allowed us to see his office before we left. Overall, this was the best auto purchasing experience I’ve ever had.

They get the second start because they did start off with competitive pricing.
But... Thir communication and customer service leaves much to be desired. I started off with one person
reaching out to me and started the conversation. I provided him everything he needed to evaluate my trade-
in and he said he would let me know when he knew. A day went by and nothing. I reached out again, and he
said he was still looking into it. Then again, nothing. After a few hours another person(I think the sales
manager) reached out to give me an offer. After a couple more texts back and forth, I was ghosted again. I
gave up on them. If it is that hard to communicate before I go there in person, how much worse would it
have been if I did go in. I don't think it is worth it. find someone else.
I just wanted a straightforward OTD price emailed to me. It took me 3 email requests and 2 phone calls and still no detailed breakdown of fees. I had no issues with other dealerships sending me OTD requests right away with no requirements. That's a red flag to me and they have not earned my business.

Went over for test drive, car had lots of cosmetic repairs that were needed and were not shown in the pictures. Front seat frame is cracked,
rear vent is broken. took the car for test drive, it has intake installed which is not mentioned. Car sounds great, just drove on Sunrise brought
it back and car had a smell. opened the hood and it was smoking. showed the guys there, and was told maybe its just oil that spilled.
nope did not buy that car. was not satisfied. some sales reps were very helpful, so wont review them bad, but the car was not good.

I personally hate car shopping, I love cars, but do not like the typical experience buying one. We went to High Class to look at an SUV for my wife as they were the only dealer I could find with the particular model she was interested in. The sales representative Todd was very helpful, he talked with us about what we were looking for and suggested 4 different models of SUVs to drive. After driving them all my wife wasn’t sure which one she wanted, we let Todd know we needed to talk about and left. He was very understanding and didn’t try to push us into a sale. My wife and I discussed it during the following week and went back the next weekend, drove another SUV, and finally picked one and purchased it. The whole process at the dealership was pleasant and proceeded smoothly. I would highly recommend High Class and Todd at their Salem location if you’re interested in a used exotic vehicle.

Still shopping for a car but they were very helpful with my
question
I had a purchase order with them with the price set. Went to put my deposit down to purchase and magically they said someone else had put a deposit down in the middle of the night. They said they had to give them 7 days to complete the purchase. Waited 7 days and now they say they will sell me the car is with the $995 alarm up charge on top of my original purchase order. I would not recommend this dealer with all the hoops to make a deal. My loan was already to go through my credit union. This is very disappointing.
I did a trade in they did a highway robbery on there in over 8k. They list my truck what I should have received for my trade in… the vehicle I bought oil light came on right when I left the dealership. I took it to major dealership and all kinds of things where wrong or missing under vehicle. I would never recommend this place all they do is detail vehicle and put it back on the market. No oil change nothing.

So far so good. Hash was accommodating.
Not very helpful. I have never bought a car sight unseen from several states away before and had
some questions. I asked what happened if I found a major issue with the car after I received it. All he said was that there wont be anything wrong. He didnât explain the
return process, couldnât tell me what the do and donât check on the car when they inspect it. Wasnât really good at follow up and didnât seem to care if I bought a car from
them or not. I felt like I was interrupting his day.

Finance manager helped me quickly and was able to set me up on an m5 that I was interested in. It was a fair
enough deal I just couldn't make it happen on my end. Ill be looking to see what they have in the future. Thank
you gentlemen.
One of the associates after requesting my paper copy of my credit report after being ran, was extremely hesitant on providing me with the proof. Eventually after 3 times of asking, he provided me with not my copy but someone’s else’s. Do not trust these people, and certainly do not shop here.

I realized they were close to Auburn, CA not Auburn, AL. We talked and laughed. They were very professional.
We have never had such a horrible and unprofessional experience. We made a deal, they sent us a purchase order, we got the loan funded through our bank, had a signed contract, and the check was sent to them. You would think we had a deal. Wrong! We were told by Anya that the owner didn’t want to sell it to us anymore because he wasn’t going to make any money on the back end. After our calls being avoided, we decided to talk to the GM, well that was a huge mistake. He started yelling at us and telling us he wasn’t going to make enough money. He then proceeded to cuss at us, using the F word multiple times and finally hung up on us. We had to have our bank call to be sure we got their check back and our shipping deposit. We did receive the money but never heard from Anya or the GM again. Stay away from here! They are unethical and rude. It is more like No Class Auto!

Family business run by snotty kids! Based on previous
reviews, I now understand that the owner is the
biggest snob of all and his level of customer service is
measured by the Dollar amount you intend to spend. I
bought a 2006 Porsche and within 2-weeks, it's at the
shop with a $3k bill and it's not even fixed yet. David
ignored all my attempts to communicate even when I
was following up on a part he promised to replace.
My advice, read "your" signs before making a decision
and do your due diligence to avoid a bad experience as
mine.
This place is untrustworthy!

You don't have anything on your promise list, that states High Class Auto Sales will take care of your issue. You have to understand your purchasing a 2006 Porsche da da da of course its going to have issues. This vehicle has over 130k miles on it. If you want a Porsche with no issues go buy it from Porsche not a 2006 V8 Porsche. Thanks anyways.

Was looking for a suitable car for quite a while, found one with Bayber Auto Sales.
Omar and his staff were very helpful in answering my questions, as well as perking the car up before my purchase. Would definitely do business here again
We arrive an hour before closing. Salesman was very rude and dismissive. Had a very bad attitude and did not offer any help. He looked annoyed that we were there. He had friends just hanging out with him in the office when we got there. Then those friends move to entrance of the office and was loud and smoking. We had to go and get the saleman's attention multiple times when we had question about the car. The absolute worse customer service ever. When we ask for test drive He stated that they don't like people test driving cars because it wastes their time, that customers usually low ball them afterwards. That is absolutely ridiculous. His attitude was such a turn off we refuse to do business with him even though we like the car. He is probably a spoiled brat that works at his dad's shop. Pathetic.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish.
I ordered a BMW during COVID to be delivered. This dealership showed a beautiful 5 series. They delivered a car that resembled it slightly, but it had lots of dents that one could see clearly when the sun shined on them. There was bond-o all around the windows, why? I do not know. There was little to no fluid and the drove it about 60 miles. The oil had some, but it was very thick, black and dirty. I dont think the oil was ever changed and certainly the car was beat up. It appears the dealership didn't even try to get it in order to sell. That's why Im writing this review, this dealership is terrible. I do not recommend.
Had several safety issues driving home shaking while braking brake sensor, rotars and brakes needed replaced. Screen stopped working no radio , nothing works. 2 bent rims not disclosed engine light came on needs thermostat replaced.
No response from dealership ignored my concerns. Do not buy from here!

I bought a car from here. After about a week the
car broke down. I called the dealership along with
my co-owner. After a 10min conversation, it
ended with them cursing us out and hanging up.
They did call back a little later though we werenât
that interested. We later found out that there was
a problem that has been reoccurring for a few
months. After we figured out the 8000$ issue we
contacted the dealership. They wanted to fix the
car with there people, however when we asked
for specifics such as where theyâd get the parts or
where the repair shop is, they gave shops that
donât exist. We tried to get them to just pay for
the parts and labor at our mechanics shop but
they refused. They told us that either they fix it or
we keep the car. They were eventually forced to
take the car back. On top of that, our mechanic
told us the carfax we were given had incorrect
information on it. After the car was returned we
were told there was no way we were getting our
down payment. Just Bad overal

We walked in the owner seemed irritated,
but what I notice was when a White Family
came into the office they were served with
great attention. It was Very rude ,
unprofessional , wouldn’t recommend them .

The worst.. car had multiple problems that were not shared until I paid for a point check inspection and then the salesman wanted me to still pay without a guarantee of them being resolved like some fool. Who does that?. It was a beautiful car but it's not the only one. I purchased another with less miles, in way better shape and was cheaper. It passed its point check and was verified.

Great customer service i have purchased a vehicle from High Class Auto Sales. 2017 Mercedes C300 Black
Unfortunately the vehicle we wanted was sold before we arrived(we didn't call ahead to check). The owner was very friendly and was willing to work with us on another vehicle. We did not purchase from High Class, but their selection of luxury cars is amazing. If you are looking for a really nice good quality BMW or Audi I would highly recommend High Class Auto.

Horrible experience. Description said you could finance the 2004 mercedes they had but dealer calls me back yelling at me saying no its only cash. Horrible service. Definitely not a “HIGH CLASS” attitude.
