It took me over a week to ever hear and get the answers that I’d requested via text and email! Apparently they’re not in the sales business. They must like hanging onto their inventory, cause it was a ridiculously long wait. I ended up moving on because I figured if the service upfront was that bad, God help me if I bought a vehicle from them!

Dealer had very expensive hidden fees and 'treatments' Which were not disclosed. These drove the price up around $4000.
Dealer advised me the Jaguar I wanted was not the best deal. So I looked at different cars that cost about 10 thousand more he then said I was not approved so then I told him that I wanted to go ahead and purchase a white Jag XJ that was on the lot. He then said I had lost the original approval since I had switched cars so many times. Never heard from him after that.

I did not purchase a vehicle from
this dealer, mainly because of the
poor experience and the lack of
willingness to work with me. Steven
had a brazen demeanor and was
not willing to negotiate on the price
of their vehicle, after I presented
information that said their vehicle
was overpriced, and this from a
prominent source. He bad mouthed
my source, though they are
prominent online resource, so to
dismiss my comments on their
unfair pricing. I made a reasonable
offer for their vehicle, however
Steven was unwilling to negotiate
one penny off of their overpriced
vehicle. I provided every detail they
asked for in good faith to try and get
a deal done, and came away very
disappointed, because regardless of
my interest to put something
together, they were very dismissive
of my offer. Didn't try to work or
explain, or even counter. A my way
or the highway approach. Not the
type of business I would
recommend at all.
I wasn’t going to complain about their high prices, even though they’re ridiculously steep, but I figured I could negotiate. Radu, the sales executive, was polite and did a great job with the sales process. We managed to agree on a new price. But then later, I get a call from Steve, who not only quoted me $4,000 more than what was discussed and then brought down close to $4000 down, but also blamed Radu for not knowing the numbers. When I tried to talk to Steve, he was incredibly rude, and to top it off, he hung up on me while saying the offer still stands! Honestly, this is unacceptable.

Very quick and helpful with paperwork and delivery
Really bad customer service, spoke with service manager (EXTREMELY RUDE) wouldn’t hardly let me get sentence in and was unwilling to talk about anything unless I was at their store. Really poor management and salesmanship skills. Lost not only current salesman a sales commission but future salesman’s commissions because I will not be calling them back.
Before I contacted the seller I read the reviews and thought maybe they are just tripping, let start with I requested to see the car, the seller contacted me 2 hours later goes by name Steve we set an appointment to see the car next day at 2 pm, soon as I get there the lady on the front desk was absolutely sweet and welcoming, now I talk to Steve looks like he’s 70 years old who hates his life and wants to bring it out on customers Literally! Gave me the keys and was like go check the car it’s outside, I took it for a drive and came back, didn’t even check on me. We go to his office mid conversation about the price and what not the guy completely ignored me and started texting on his phone!! Now applied for the credit check and got a co-signer who runs multiple businesses with a perfect credit, he said he’s gonna get back to me on the credit check, and until today Ive called the dealership almost every day to check on the application and every time he picks the phone gives me excuses

I reached out to the dealer via CarGurus and received a call a few hours later. The salesman "Steve" was curt
(at best) and appeared uninterested in scheduling a test drive. His first comment was about how they were
too busy, and when I recommended a time, he said it wouldn't work. I tried to schedule something for a bit
later but he then went on to explain that "they don't like to schedule test drives for people that are just
looking" ?? WTH?? Just based on this one interaction, I wouldn't recommend.

Unprofessional. Sales person was rude and no one was friendly. The car was not ready as promised. We had to wait almost an hour to test drive the car, then the mirror came loose driving off the lot. Bad overall experience.

Everything was there.
Initial response to information request was about one business day. You ask for an appraisal of your trade, provide the information then you stop hearing from the assigned salesperson when you tell them you have financing already. I was quite disappointed from my home state as I once again was ready to purchase a vehicle. I assume out of state buyers are not as important as those suckers that venture onto the lot locally.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I attempted to purchase a car from Sammi and after
committing to buy it he sold it out from under me. Early in our communications I offered a deposit
and was told it needed an O2 sensor from the dealership. I attempted to arrange a pre purchase
inspection as I was not local and was told to hold off until the repair was made. Again I offered a
deposit and was told to wait until the PPI was completed to finalize the sale. Untrustworthy group.
Don't hold your breath that they will honor any type of commitment. Zero stars if at all possible.
Buyer beware with these guys.

Waste of time. Their showroom: Immaculate. Their inventory: 2nd to none. Their
professionalism? ZERO STARS. I was told that they did a credit check last
Wednesday online. I was told by Bob Tauber to come to Plano on Saturday. I asked if I
was approved, he said he "had to take a call" and would get back to me. I called again
asking about approval and if it would be a good idea to bring my dad (who has lots of
money) to co-sign for me. Again, he got busy with another call but insisted I drive 250
miles to Plano, in the rain, hydroplaning on the Denton I-35 onramp. I get to the
dealership only to be asked for check stubs and references. I ASKED HIM ALL ABOUT
THIS BEFORE MY 250MILE WASTED TRIP. AVOID this place like the plague. Or at
least avoid Bob Tauber as he never has time to answer even the simplest of questions.
If you must, get EVERYTHING in writing. I'm only giving them ONE star because
ZERO stars isn't an option.

Started out as a good experience. Good enough that I decided to have the car independtly inspected. Sami, the owner, agreed to pay $150
towards the inspection cost if I bought the vehicle. If I backed out, I agreed to pay the full amount. The vehicle was inspected, and I ended
up making an offer. He obviously thought I low balled him, even though I was just trying to negotiate. We also agreed that he would look
into a broken liftgate and then talk again. Sold the car out from under me the next day and then refused to pay the $150 even though I
didn't back out of the deal. Wouldn't deal here again.

Loved this place! I was treated like I was buying a fleet of Bentleys. Salesperson was on top of her game, as was the finance department. I was allowed to look at any car I wanted without someone following my every move. I did end up purchasing from them and it was a great experience. No buyers remorse at all. Worked with Carmen. Went in for a test drive. Everything was going well
and I made an offer which was price plus the quoted warranty package.
She accepted my offer in writing. When I went to finance with them, Rodney
told me the offer was unreasonable and I would need to make another offer.
I was frustrated that they went back on their word. I asked him to make me
a counter offer and yet he never called me back. Too bad. I really like the
vehicle but they just don’t seem motivated.

A friend of mine found the vehicle on the internet. I made contact. We
drove from Houston to Dallas to look at an Audi and this BMW. Excellent
presentation by the Hi Line rep. Test driving OK. Got funds from a near
by bank, paid and drove home to Houston. An excellent vehicle, as
presented and described, a big fun to drive with what I call POD, power
on demand.....
Would recommend Hi Line to friends in search of a vehicle.

My daughter wanted this Hummer H3 and went to look at it. We found it had issues. We were assured they would put it in the shop and make it right and said they would ship it to us at their expense as they run cars back and forth all the time. Sadly they did not get back to me. I called and was immediately told they would call me back. That never happened. I called again and got voice mail to sales persons cell. I text and asked him to let me know either way if they would repair or not. He said it was in the shop and they were waiting on a call. My ex called today and it was visibly not in the shop, they were not repairing it and nobody called me today. To look at my child in her face and assure her they would make it right when she was heartbroken that she could not take this vehicle home is horrible. She called me the last two days asking if they got back to me and each day I had to say no. By today she realized they had no intention on making it right. What a way for my child to learn about the lies people tell. She was shocked and sad and I was sad she had to find out like this.

Contacted the dealer and they replied promptly. No hassle negotiation on the pricing of the vehicle. The vehicle was presented online properly and there were no surprises when I looked the vehicle over. Absolutely no pressure at any time. If you are looking to buy from this dealer don't hesitate. They are very nice, upscale, and professional.

I got the car,love it .... sadly after a week the car over heated and now is
park outside till i get money to paid for a tow truck to get it back to the
dealer since the warranty haven't kick in yet so i have to pay for the towing.
but over all ... the car is not good but the service over there was.
