Hesser went into the automobile business. Since that time a lot has happened. Our country has become the strongest, wealthiest country on the planet. The Hesser Family is still in the automotive business and our business philosophy has not changed. Very nice people, not high pressure sales

Love the truck everything went smooth
We had a 12:00 appointment on Saturday with Tabby. When we walked in a young
man approached us and asked if he could help. I told him of our Appointment and
he said he could help us. He didn’t know about our appointment but when I told
him which vehicle we came to see, he said oh It’s out here. He pulled it up from the
lot, and it was full of bird shit, and tree sap, and dirt. Not what I was Expecting to
see considering we had a confirmed appointment that we drove 2 hours to see the
vehicle. He never asked our names, never introduced himself, and never gave us a
business card. When we sat down to talk money he was very rude talking about
my trade in, saying I can 100 % guarantee you that your vehicle will go straight to
auction. Not what a person wants to hear after taking excellent care of his vehicle
for 15 years. Not a experience I would recommend to anyone.

Kept in touch respectfully and was never annoying or pushy. Responded with trade in info. It was a good interaction.

Great experience with the Hesser team. Quick to respond and worked with me to help purchase this car from Michigan. They made the out-of-state process very easy and I’d work with them again in a heartbeat. Beautiful car and a great team! No surprises. Just how I like my experience to be.

Everything about my experience with Hesser was/is beyond satisfactory. We drove 2.5 hours and would do it again in a heartbeat. I don't complete surveys/reviews often, but good customer service is so hard to come by these days so I wanted to make sure and give them 5 stars.

Ed was great to work with, unfortunately I wasnt able to purchase the vehicle in time. At least the dealership honored their advertised pricing - something many other dealers are not :-(

The only dealership that actually got back to me from online inquiries. Unfortunately they basically told me what I was hoping to pay for a lease was impossible. Didn't tell me what I should expect to pay, didn't offer to work with me on any deals for anything or any other vehicles. They just told me 250 was too low a payment for a truck lease and then never heard from them again.

Called on vehicle, was told I made first inquiry but vehicle wasn't
inspected/washed/detailed yet and therefore, not ready for the test drive. I
was reassured that when the vehicle was ready, I'd be first in line for a test
drive. A few days passed and received a call saying someone else had put
a deposit on the vehicle. Ummm what ever happened to first dibs? No
worries, bought a different 09 Highlander Hybrid with less miles elsewhere!
No games? Really? What happened to being first in line after the car got out
of detailing? No gimmicks? "Hey! By the way there is a deposit already on
the vehicle. You better get here quick." Well, there's your gimmick! I only
gave 3 stars because I'm not kidding, at least they called BEFORE the car
was sold unlike other places that sold the vehicles and then called me back!

The car I was interested in buying was purchased prior to me making it to the dealership. The sales person said they were waiting on finance approval. Couple days later I saw the car was still on their website. I checked in with them and the car had been sold. I wish availability of car had been updated.

Wonderful, simple, fast closing the deal. By the way, a terrific
deal and a great car. we settled on this car because we were
told "its a no compromise" vehicle and they weren't kidding.

Ed was very nice. The only problem was that I want to work with a dealership that does the required maintenance on a used vehicle that the manufacturer of the vehicle recommends without raising the price. Thanks n my opinion that should be done before the car is even out on the lot and advertised for sale!!! With the high cost of cars nobody wants to buy y a car and have a hefty repair bill down the road!!! We need more dealerships that go that extra mile making sure that the vehicle you bought is mechanically sound

Dealer was responsive to phone calls. Would have liked more information on what they did to the vehicle as prep for sale, but they would not provide details. They did make a repair after I questioned some items. Wish they had longer evening hours to allow more time to review the used truck I was looking at since I drove there from the Milwaukee area. Was still able to find enough time to check out the vehicle and reach an agreement with them. I did buy the truck, and am very happy with the purchase. I would consider purchasing from them again if they had the vehicle I wanted.

After several attempts to contact the Dealer, they finally called back. I
arranged a test drive and upon arrival, the vehicle was dirty, but drivable. As
expected, they low-balled me on the value of my possible trade-in, and were
very unwilling to negotiate on the vehicle I was considering. It was apparent
they were not in a hurry to sell this car. I may contact them again to see if
this vehicle is still available and if after time they are willing to get it off their
lot.

was disappointed with their response time, but when we went to the dealership we where immediately taken care of. very easy to deal with, and we drove out with our new truck !
