Awesome Customer Service from Max the manager, but especially Dwight my Sales Person. Will recommend checking out their vehicles if you are in the market. The description of the car was very accurate, as well as the price. No pressure from them at all. Glad to have purchased my car from them.

Contacted this dealership several times, left messages and wasn’t called back until days later. Each person I spoke to told me that the car was under an inspection, so they couldn’t show me the car until the inspection was completed. Was assured that I would receive a call once an inspection was completed within a few days. Woke up to a random email saying the car had been sold while waiting to receive a call. Very confusing.

Very responsive. Ashton Sims was a great salesman.
they wasted my 2 hours, most of their listings are totaly big lie! i went there to see the car and the car was totaly base model but on listing they show it as full model. i even called them and confirmed on phone but they are just standing there , they dont have any clue about what they do

Customer’s service is key no matter what? William Robertson was very professional from the 1st phone call to the final sale! His Mgr as well was awesome too! I got great service, good deal, and a beautiful car!

Checked back with me, and got me in and out pretty quickly with almost the price I wanted. Nice people, courteous and what not. Just got the car so there's not much bad I can say about it, came with a decent warranty. So if I need another car these guys are on the list.

The experience was horrible. I was contacted by both phone and e-mail
and called prior to embarking on the hour drive to see this car. I was
assured it was still available if i came down that day. I looked at the car
and immediately stated to put the numbers together - i.e. I will take it. I put
this car on my insurance believing I would drive it home. At the time of
comparing financing I was told the car was sold to the people next two me.
No apologies, no remedies offered, no manager contact - I filed a Better
Business Bureau complaint. i did not want to rate this dealer with any star,
but that is the least that is possible.

It was okay. I wanted to drive the car home for a few days and the car representative said I could buy it and then see how it runs. I test drove it, but I need to drive it without the sales person in the car. Doesn't matter someone else bought the car.

Price is as great, but the purchase process was terrible! My financing was through my bank, but they insisted on having an insurance binder on the car. I was not able to use a card for the down payment, and the process to prepare the paperwork took an excessive amount of time.

Horrible Experience . Alan was a good salesman I liked him a lot. Manager tried to screw us . Made a verbal deal by phone for a set price on buying a truck. I drove 2 hrs to dealer and test drove vehicle. Went in to do paper work and all of a sudden the price changed the night before . Manager was was not someone you can trust in any way. Take you business somewhere else so they don't screw you over or cause you to much wasted gas money .
Ended up buying the vehicle that I inquired about. Hertz was upfront with their pricing and follows state law that all fees (excluding tax and title) are rolled in the advertised price. There was ZERO pricing surprises when we the order was written up. All that was added was tax and title charges.
We took the car to a local mechanic for a pre-inspection just to be sure and 3 minor little things were found and were all fixed without hassle. Hertz was fine with taking for an offsite inspection. We came with our financing and the financing manager was pleasant to deal with to finalize the paperwork. No attitude because we didn't use their financing methods.
The pricing was fair and honest. The car was maintained (rental fleet car means it was serviced frequently) and though the car was over the manufacturers warranty, they offer a limited 12 month warranty on the purchase (free). Overall... I would absolutely buy again from Hertz without question.

Let me first say, I never write bad reviews. It has to be really
bad for me
to post something. I own a small business and I understand
that
everything is not perfect, and it does not always reflect the way
a
business is as a whole. I am giving it two starts because they
have cheap
cars. The customer service is terrible. I visited this branch and
looked at
a car, and decided to buy it. I told the salesman I would return
the
following morning with the information they need and a check
to pay for
the vehicle. When I returned another employee, had no clue
what was
going on and told me the salesman was on vacation for two
weeks. I
informed him what I was there to do, and he still seemed
confused. I
waited for about 20 min and realized I was going to be waiting
for a very
long time. So I left. No one called me or even followed up. First
time I
have ever arrived at a dealership with a check in hand for the
full amount
to buy a car and could not seem to get any help. I do not
recommend
wasting your time on this dealership. The same day I went to
look at another similar vehicle, and within 1 hour walked out
with
a new car. I feel like that is the way business should be done.
Not like my
experience I had with Hertz of Stone Mountain.
