Waited for 5 hours while the finance guy worked with people who showed up after me. Even though I had an appointment. Cars have stains, and engine trouble during test drive. Just go somewhere else.

Very nice staff quick to respond! Specific vehicle I wanted wasn't there anymore but at least they were honest about it and didn't try to bait n switch me! I'd definitely consider this dealership in the future.

Buyer beware! Was preapproved with DEALER SPECIFIC terms from reputable bank. The bank actually partners with the dealer and sent me there. (Nowhere near where I live) Went to the dealer and was told no, we can’t do that deal. Ok so don’t advertise that you do and don’t say you work with that bank when you obviously don’t! Wasted the last 3 days getting the run around and “trying” to get the same deal from somewhere else. Bottom line is don’t go here.

The way it works, is the first one that makes an offer gets the car, they will not hold it for you! So it was really suspenseful, as soon as I found out I immediately raced to Stockton Hertz to get this car. It is GORGEOUS, not even a speck of dust in it.....totally flawless like the Hope Diamond! The salespeople were a bit slow to respond to my questions. I still haven’t received an answer to my last question. Perhaps my preference to communicate through email And not by phone (I’m Deaf) was challenging for them.

Service was good. I contacted Hertz about the cars i was interested in. I received a call back from Vann letting me know the cars I was interested in were still in stock. I arrived about 30 min later and Vann was waiting for me with all the keys to the cars I was interested in. I was purchasing this car for my daughter so there was some choices that needed to be ironed out and Vann was very patient in this selection process. We drove each one. The cars were in great shape. The car was washed and ready (not much to ready as it was very clean inside from the start) Provided check and drove off. The only issue I had was the inability to obtain complete service records on vehicle. Hertz provided the equivalent car fax information and what this dealer ship did to the car upon receipt (oil change, wippers etc) but how often the car was service before this dealership received it was not known or could not be provided.

Hertz has the lowest priced cars within a 200 mile radius of the central valley. You get a good, new quality care with a basic warranty and the option to extend the warranty. It's a deal you can't resist. My family and I will only purchase card from them from here on. Good job guys and a special shout out to Gene and Nick. :-) If we could speed up the process of running credit and signing would be 5-star show, but that's typical.
