The salesperson was nice and professional. However, apparently, Hertz has a "no haggle" pricing where they won't negotiate the price (at least that is what I was told). The price is whatever is advertised. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have bothered going.

Was helped by Dale, he was very helpful and thorough and easy to talk to. Made the whole process very easy.
I would definitely consider buying from this Hertz dealership again in the future.

Contacted right away, provided comprehensive list of what they required me to submit, scheduled a test drive
and the entire purchase process took less than an hour when I purchased my vehicle. This is my fourth
vehicle purchased with Hertz. The experience is not pressured.

I made arrangements with, Salesman, Ilya
Yupupov , to purchase this Camaro at Hertz Car
Sales in Santa Clara. I got a check from my credit
union and booked a flight because I live in
Southern California , almost 400 miles away and
told him I would fly there in a few days to get the
car and drive it home. He refused a deposit to
hold the car. I told him to make sure the car was
marked as sold and he agreed that he would be
there on the day I would arrive. He took 2 days off
and when he was off, his manager, Rafael
Delatorre , ignored that I was going to purchase
the car. So, While the salesman was off, sold it to
someone who walked into the dealership. When
the salesman returned to work, he texted me that
the car was sold so I have to return the check to
my credit union and had to cancel my flight and
insurance.They are obviously not willing to
accommodate long distance buyers! Needless to
say , I am very angry!!!!

Called several times before able to see the car. Then, the car had 10k more mileage than advertised. Also no mention of front fenders damage. But refused to offer any discounts. I was told of another similar car at same price and lower mileage. After many calls and texts for almost 2 weeks, the car never showed it. Lost interest.

Online communication was fine with Kurt. When I arrived he was busy with a customer and I was ignored by other associates until he asked someone else for help.
Vehicle had a crack in the rear bumper, no pictures online. Will not be buying from this dealer.

Cars were not so perfect and everyone is miss informed about about luxury products in car for price listed. Ad said car had back up camera, upon arrival was standard

Sales guy needs to learn how to communicate with customers properly. The guy was very rude. We asked can we take the car to body shop for extensive checking,
the guy said "If you don't want to buy just go I will sell after 5 minutes to someone else, I sell 400 cars in 2 weeks so it doesn't matter". I understood that dealer policy was to not allow that but the sales guy was behaving so badly. You can explain it simply.

I still haven't found a car within my price range with what I want. The dealer
did try to give other options, but they weren't in my price range nor did they
have the car that I wanted.

I have only good things to say about my purchasing of a 2011 Mazda3 with Joe Graziano at Hertz Car Sales in Santa Clara. Not having to haggle over the price made the experience a pleasant one and I was so pleased to find a sought after Mazda 3 with relatively low miles, in a white color and with a blue tooth.
