Contacted the dealer multiple times from Aug 7 to Aug 12. Spoke to customer service each time who put me in touch with Alejandro (salesman). Spoke to Alejandro, requested additional pictures and told him I would be interested in purchasing the vehicle as long as additional pictures showed no major scratches/damage. Was promised that pictures would be sent, but they never were. Contacted Hertz continually and was told that Alejandro would contact me. He never did.
Today they bumped the price up $2k. Probably why they were hesitant to sell to me.
I ended up purchasing an Acura MDX instead from a local dealer. Not sure if I will attempt to purchase online/by phone again.

I initially test-drove this amazing Civic, but it was too expensive for me. So, the Hertz Sales folks immediately had me test drive a 2021 Hyundai with only 33,000 miles on it. I fell in love with that car and bought it right away!
The folks at Hertz Sales, including JP and Val (in Financing) went the extra mile to make sure I was happy!
Very bad exp, drove 2+ hours in heavy rain for a quick cash car purchase, I'd already discussed with a salesperson. Had
promo code for healthcare workers & 1ST responders for $350 off, I mentioned on phone, no problem. Told salesman, no
problem. Then after dragging the process out for 1 hour and 45 minutes, to fill out a few forms for a cash transaction, no
financing. After moving me and my blind husband, from desk to desk four times. The finance guy curtly says they won't
honor the discount code because my work as director of a retirement home for elderly low income Alzheimer's patients
doesn't count. What a rude way to treat a customer on a $14,000 cash purchase. Only 1 key when I asked was told Hertz
cars only ever have 1 key. Where is my other key and why does Hertz need to keep my key??? Ended up w/ a white car
even though they had the exact same make, model, year in black wanted $1000 MORE. Would NOT give me a copy of
paperwork, promised to email then did NOT.

By far the smoothest experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. My car was delivered within a half an hour of speaking to my salesman. I would definitely recommend Hertz to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

The salesman was very good at follow up and I had texted and spoken
with him 2-3 times who was great at follow up (Nestor I think his name
was ) for about 7 days back and forth regarding the 2018 Taurus with
about 15K miles on it .I was out of town and flying back on Weds the
18th to purchase it I had secured financing to avoid the hassle of
applying for credit and was due to go to the dealership on Weds the
18th to purchase the car and in the middle of purchasing it ?Someone
else bought the car. My loan is good for 30 days.
Very frustrating.Had I known someone else was going to buy it? I would
not have wasted my time or at the least? Put a deposit on it had they
asked. They never asked
I will wait another 2018/19 Taurus to come up for sale with low milage
hopefully before the 17th of Oct That is the only model I want cause I
rent them all of the time and they drive very well. Like I said my loan is
good for 30 days from the 17th of September
That's all I can do at this time

I wanted to buy the car, and sent my message to the dealer before the car was sold informing them I wanted to buy. They failed to respond to me until after they sold the car to someone else. They did say that they will keep an eye out for another one, but who knows if they will.

Bought a 4runner from Hertz this weekend after taking it for a test drive on Wednesday. Sayed was great. No pressure from him and answered all my questions. I never felt like he was trying to pull a sale off he just left me to my own devices.
My only two slight complaints are that Valentin pushed pretty hard to sell the extended warranty but he never rmentioned that the manufacturer's warranty was still valid. Also that the interior had been very roughly cleaned with a dirty rag so there was a lot of water/dirty marking on the trim. No big deal. Took me 10 minutes to fix it when I got home.
Got a really good deal on this car and will check them out when it's time to get a car for my wife. Fully recommend.

I called the dealership to ask them about the vehicle as I would be traveling a couple hours to get there. The salesperson was not honest about the condition of the vehicle at all. The vehicle was pretty beat up and the salesman said it had no scratches or dings, that was very far from the truth.

I called eagered to purchase this car as a commuter vehicle. I was told the car was being cleaned and to call the next day to set up a test drive. I called the next day and was told the car was mistakenly advertised too early. They told me to call back on a specific date they would be able get an update on this car. Again, I called and was told there is no such car. Bottom line, they are horrible communicators who aimed to frustrate prospective buyers with lies about the whereabouts of the vehicles.

I stopped by unexpectedly. They were very busy and did everything they could to take care of me perfectly. My friend & I went to around with keys and tried cars. Loved the friendly service I got & love The great deal and the car I bought. you can’t go wrong it’s the best deal in town I am very very very happy with my 2016 Nissan versa note!

This car was posted for $6050. I called and talked to Aneesh and he
confirmed it. I needed to wait a few days for my daughter to get into
town as the car was for her. I called in the morning to confirm it was
still available and he said yes. We drove 1.5 hours to get there and
took it for a quick test drive and looked it over. It wasn't until later with
their finance guy that they said the price was higher, and indeed on
the website it was now higher. Had Hertz told me that they raised the
price I would not have made the drive to Sac. I could get a similar
price anywhere. Aneesh seemed genuine that he didn't realize the
price change even though his sheet was in his hand. They refused to
meet in the middle even. Then after the fact they tell me there is only
1 key. These guys aren't always upfront with things apparently. I am
not happy about the transaction. Be careful with these guys. The car
was clean and Aneesh was helpful in getting the few items I pointed
out rectified. But the bottom line is I paid $1600 more than I expected.

Responded quickly and friendly service
Steven (salesman) and Valentin (financing) were very helpful. Steven kept in contact with me for over a week before I drove down 2 1/2 hours to ensure the cars I wanted to look at were available. Once I got there, he was very honest and great to work with. Valentin made sure I got the best rate possible. The entire staff was very nice and accomodating to my son who talked their ears off the entire time. They did everything they could to ensure the car I was getting the best deal possible. It was one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences I've had.

They lied online & over the phone about the model car
they had. My husband & I drove almost 2 hours to see a
car I'd wanted. A Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, I called
to confirm with dealer and verified the listing. After
arriving, we had to wait a better part of an hour to even
see the Jeep. Then, found out it was not the correct
model. They kept blaming anyone & everyone for
mistake, but did nothing to compensate for erroneous
price calculation either. We left, stay away from these
swindlers!!!
