The vehicle looks really nice, I was going to go test drive it and purchase today, but they never sent me the car fax; they sent a similar report that said that the title was branded in two other states. When I asked the sales person for full disclosure on the vehicle, he said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, I asked again for the full information so that I could make an informed decision. He said it was just a lien on the title. So I bought the car fax and there it was! An accident that caused front damage to the car, no air bag deployed, probably a minimum damage. I really love the car and I was ready to buy it today, I’ve been looking for that exact vehicle for more than six months. After I said I bought the car fax, he wanted me to send it to him & later he said his mgr had photos of the damage, so he was keeping information from me, though I asked him 3 times. I drive an old Chevy with a big dent on the side. Just tell me the truth. But nope, no sale.

Some cars are beat up, the sales person who helped me literally opened the door to the car I went to look at and hit the car next to it!! Didn’t even bat an eye. I was so shocked. Didn’t buy the car.

Car salesman Adam was awesome, worked with me for more than a few hours to finally get me into the car I wanted. Superb customer service, they had all the patience in the world working with me as a First Time Buyer and my Challenged Credit score. I was impressed and am pleased to have dealt with Hertz and Adam. The most unreliable dealership experience I've ever had. I made an appointment to view a car and was told that it'd be there in the morning. Waited from 8am until 7pm with incremental updates - "it is coming from the auction warehouse", "it's on its way", "it's almost here," etc. At 7pm I cut my losses and left. I never saw the car that I flew in to buy. Nothing against the staff - people that work there are very friendly. Tons against the company and how it operates (or doesn't really operate). Never again.

The Hertz dealership sales people were friendly and business like, they made you feel welcome and there's no pressure to buy. But we did. It was a GREAT deal, the price of the SUV fit our budget. The dealer was friendly and helpful, and responded to me quickly. I had made up my mind about what car I wanted to buy, but I got a different vehicle because the one I saw listed did not appear to be on the lot. I bought the car, and I am happy with it- there was a dented imperfection over the driver's side door- a small set of bumps about 1.5 inches across- they "tried" to fix it before I took the car, but they didn't do anything. I felt a little pressure in the upselling when I financed the car there; being a novice meant that I probably agreed to more than I should have, but it was still below my budget so I am okay with it.

salesman broke my steering wheel tilt adjust assembly during trade in inspection. then didn't say anything till I came back in and asked. Offering no help to repair the situation.

We drove two cars and one was not functioning properly. It was stated that it was "certified" when it was only safety and smog checked. This is not a reliable place to buy a car.

Wrong car model listed. Spent a lot of time talking with different dealers over several days to find out they had the wrong car model listed. This was the same at several of the Hertz online dealships. This was not only disappointing but a major waste of time.

Except for Meleassa ,and Carolina,this was one of the worst dealer experience's I ever had. The 3 men who were handling my paperwork never intraduced themselves to me ,ended up with the wrong numbers on the contract.I had my own financing there was no reason to treat me like a low class person when I had a 830 credit score.stalled and atalled till it was closing time and then just rushed me out of there, Never again Hertz,vet your personal better.

Overall, not bad. However, my main difficulty was the pressure I felt there. It was not a big deal though. However, it is good to mention that they have rental cars. I am happy with the car I bought .

Got a good deal by using CarGurus even though Seller was not patient and was not knowledgeable about the car he's selling. No haggling is a plus. Downside is the process takes hours due to seller.

Lost car I went to go see, not too friendly. I had to keep contacting dealership instead of the other way around how it should be

Sale went smoothly and we really like our Camry. We bought an extended warranty from Hertz, but changed our mind when we found a better rate through our regular auto insurer. Getting our refund back from Hertz after cancelling is taking a long time. It's been almost 3 weeks and the refund check has yet to arrive. We would recommend buying a car from Hertz and have told our friends to check them out when in the market.
