First listed price was 11397. I got a pre- qualification for this amount and notified the dealership. Every time I tried to nail down this car for this low price advertised they kept telling me that it was unavailable under inspection then they would raise the price and post it again. Hertz messaged me informing me of the new higher price but telling me to come in and look at other cars even after I asked them to honor the first ad I saw. This was advertised as a no haggle experience.

They responded to my inquiry right away. When I was able to see the vehicle it was almost in better shape than it has been described on the website, it was clean and ready to be test driven. The dealership staff were friendly and accommodating, Jim even helped me drop off my rental car and brought my new car to me. Definitely would recommend. 10/10

I never made to the dealership. I was contacted by three different people onThe questions I had. Didn’t know who to respond to. Two questions were never answered after asking twice. I finally gave up and went elsewhere.

Drove 20 minutes to this dealership only to hear that the specific car I asked for over the phone and over text was already sold. Wasted an hour of my time and an awkward confrontation with the sales guy about misleading the availability of the specific car I asked for.

Online folks who email are very upfront and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The sales reps however at the local level just seem to be car pushers. Need to allow a totally thorough test drive rather than a pre-determined route. Need documentation that recalls have been addressed. Lots of cars for sale with plates from CA and AZ but would prefer to see some that have remained in Oregon their entire lives.

The worse experience I ever had,first of all the sales person that I was dealing with never returned my phone calls,I had to make all the calls,he would not bend over backwards at all.he needs to be more accommodating to customers, especially when they live far away and willing to travel a long ways to get the car.

Jeff was very nice and personable. Not pushy. I purchased the car from him. However, after driving it a few days, I noticed the driver door was a slightly different color than the rest of the car. I called him and he said Hertz would "take care of it". Now I am waiting for him to follow up and tell me WHEN Hertz will call me to "take care of it". Otherwise, Jeff is GREAT!

Rude, condescending sales associate. Attempted to mislead by stating one owner, but was a rental car. So several drivers for a one owner vehicle. Customers are not stupid.

Hertz did good. They actually provided me the price information I asked for. Too many dealers just want to get your information promising to tell the price. Instead they start to make endless phone calls about how to get in touch with them and messages of the same kind. That makes a customer feel stupid. I am perfectly capable to find a phone number, if I need one. I personally hate talking on the phone for a couple of reasons. First I am a rock musician and my hearing over a usually bad phone connection is not that good. Secondly my mother tongue is not english and that causes it´s own problems. That is why I prefer written information, especially, when I have asked for one.

Car was good. Poor communicators. Made deal more difficult and complicated than needed. tire pressure light was on. Sales person said she had tires checked while I waited for the many unnecessary steps in process. Light still on, she said it will take a few days for sensor light to respond. This sounded wrong to me. Took car to Firestone and found all 4 tires to be dangerously low. Can't believe she told such a dangerous lie.

Pleasant atmosphere and I'm happy with my car, but not the most efficient. I think that hertz is more concerned with the rental side of things and the selling side doesn't get as much in the way of resources. At least I heard back from them which is more than I can say for the other dealers I contacted.
