Dealer responded. Didn't have the vehicle listed. Wanted to send me to Michigan but they're located in PA. I passed.
Terrible service! Rude on the phone then I drove almost an hour to test drive the vehicle told them I was on my way
before I left and set an appointment for the time 3 days in advance. When I arrived the car had not been pulled up
and ready, was still covered in snow and when we took it for a test drive they still didn't clear the snow off I had to
clear enough off the windshield to see where I was driving. They could have given me the car for free I wouldn't
have done business with them!!!!
They contacted me by phone instead of spamming my email like some of the other dealers. Set my appointment and all went well. The showroom is a bit dated and hot. I was there for about 3 hours, which wasn’t awesome. They only had one manager doing all the paperwork. Still, everyone was nice and I purchased the vehicle without any problems. I’ll definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others.

Helpful and courtesy staff.
Horrible customer service. Lied to me multiple times and then the car only came with one key fob. But they give you $25 off to a locksmith to get one made. $25 off of something that’s $300+? That’s a slap in the face. I called to complain and the manager only cared about if there was an issue with the car. He cut me off and asked multiple times if the car was fine. I used the contact us link multiple times with no response.

Salesman top notch
Problem: Was only given 1 Keyfob at the end of transaction and haven't seen any compensation or offer to have one made from Hertz. Cost to Have one made and programed is around $300.00

Sales Consultant was very upfront about condition of the vehicle, not good, and recommended other options.
Friendly but grounds and building are sparse and dirty. Cars are in various shape of cleanliness.
Better places with better prices are out there so would say pass on this dealership.

Went to Hertz in Pittsburgh and test drove the
vehicle. It was ok. Salesman turned up AC and
music while I was trying listen to see if car made
unusual noises. Found a car I was ok with and
he entertained the idea of working with the price
until he learned I had my own financing in place.
He literally told me to go get a car elsewhere. If
the answer was no, that is fine but why get
snippy?

They did reply to my email, but it took a while. Then when I went to test drive the vechile, there were about four sales guys and only one person helping three different customers, including myself, at one time. So the wait to just test drive was long. What they don’t tell you is that they don’t accept letters of credit and require a cashier’s check to drive off the lot that day. I ended up having to wait three days before I was able to drive off the lot. Completely different experience from when I bought my first car ten years ago from a Kia dealership. I can’t say my experience was all bad, I did get the car I wanted at a good deal and when I was able to get my car it took less than 40 minutes.

Car has many scratches on it. They will not negotiate price. Test drove a 2018 and it smelled of antifreeze. When i notified the guy he didn't seem alarmed at all. They know nothing about the cars! Do not buy here!

first i drove appx 45 miles to get to hertz auto sales to the Coraopolis
area . selected the auto I wanted to test drive . Salesman Don asked for my license so he could copy it Dealing with other auto dealers I knew this wasn't out of the ordinary. Needless to say when I left the dealership I left w/o my license. I should have been on my game but also the salesman should have also. The next day I had to take the long drive back to retrieve my license. Moral of this quip. pay attention ,. The prices I feel are very fair. good quality and selection of Vehicles to choose from no lack of Selection. If i were to rate this visit I woul have to give it a 2 out of five. They could have at least offered something for my time and gas on the second trip.

Someone contacted me and we discussed my needs. I received one
additional response but then didn't get a second follow up, with questions
still on the table. I feel like he didn't want to answer the question about
how much of a trade-in they were figuring in the monthly payment he
quoted me. I had also made it clear that I had a couple months to find
something, so if not this car then perhaps another in the future as I was
very interested in buying a used rental car. Isn't that a salesman's dream
to follow up on? Purchased a different vehicle when I didn't get a response
to that question after more than a week.

Good deal. Accomidating in making sure I had all floormats (one was missing). Paperwork took longer than I expected. 3 hours? None the less, I love my new Pathfinder!

Aaron, one of the salesman, actually stayed passed his quitting time to handle me buying a car. They were very patient with me as I was getting insurance on the car. My phone ran out of a charge and they let me use their phone. I have bought four brand new cars , the Jeep Compass I bought was not brand new, but this was the best buying experience I have had.

I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla on April 14th. Karim is who I dealt with directly and he was fantastic. In less than 24 hours he got back to me with my online credit application approval and worked to find me the best apr available. He wasn't pushy with any extra costs such as a bumper to bumper warranty although I went with the plan anyway. I would reccomend Hertz to anyone and of course Karim to deal with directly. My car is beautiful and has no issues other than some interior scratches that are obviously common.

The salesman was nice but he didn't know about the car. Didn't know how to sync, or how to use certain things in the car and didn't care to know. The detailer just quit so I was left with a subpar buying experience. I will say my salesperson did go spray down the car but should have offered money offf to get cleaned professionally or had someone take the car while we were there for 2 hours doing paperwork. It's not a 5 star experience. You are getting a car for a lower price but you will miss having a car with no dents, chipped paint, full tank of gas, a true inspection, 2 keys, a salesman who will walk you through getting started with your new car. I have the car 2 days and my check engine light is on. How can I need an oil change when they say they top off all the oils during inspection. Oh well, as I said they are nice but the service is subpar.

I inquired about. we had no conflict and the 2015 Beetle was
just as advertised. financing was arranged in a timely manner,
and an exceptional deal was concluded. thank you for

This dealer is very professional, he responded my emails
before I went over for a test drive. The cars were great
driving but they didn't have the options I wanted. He followed
up w/ the email and I responded that those cars were not
what I was looking for. He understood and didn't bother me

whatsoever. I'd go here to shop again when I need a car in

I made an appointment to put a down payment on a car so I could
pick it up a few days later once I had my funds, but the dealer sold
it to someone else the same day I had an appointment to put a
down payment on it. The kicker is, I could have put a down
payment on it the day before but the dealer I was talking to had the
day off and I didn't want to cheat him out of the sale. Shame on me
for trying to do the right thing.

Dealer responded quickly. Never visited to make a purchase, as
another dealership beat their price by a longshot. However, it is
worth noting that the salesman repeatedly emailed me to try and
set up a test drive - seemed desperate to get rid of the 2012 Prius
they had in stock. Use that to your advantage if you can!
