Hertz Car Sales Orlando

Don't go, went there to buy an car in cash, they added 5 years luxury care for 1,900 USD, I said I didn't want to and the manager didn't do anything, they said they would just sell the car with that service. Don't go there, go to any store!

As the dealer would not deliver out of Orlando area, I was unable to purchase. Had they delivered outside of Orlando, yes, with a fee of course, I would have purchased the vehicle. They were nice otherwise.

Every car on the lot is scratch and dent special. Salesman told me that's just what I should expect. Nothing more than buy here pay here cars for top prices.

Car was advertised before it was ready to show. When contacted, advised it’s in for a recall, I Received a email 10 min later saying it was sold from car gurus. Reached out to dealer via email multiple times with basic questions and would always receive a form letter response.

Drove from Miami FL to Orlando to buy this car free and clear. They were inexperienced in selling cars to LLC's, Told me over the phone I could pay with a check but when my family and I got there they claimed "My check was to new" and it cant be accepted. Well guest what Hertz!? My family and I drove to a more experienced sales team from another company and purchased the exact same car, same company check, and same LLC. FREE AND CLEAR!! You lose Hertz.

Easy to deal with and no pressure. They were upfront and transparent. Dealer fee was $619. Of course, add tax and registration fees. Purchased a Ford Escape in great condition. Salesman, Dennis W., made the transaction quick and painless. Highly Recommended.

Will not recommend this dealership. They told me I was approved had all my paperwork, $1000 down I brought insurance. Called 11/17 and was told I needed 4700 dollars down. I hang up the phone on Eric. Not good business trying to get more money. Bad experience.

After we inquired about the Rio, Chandler contacted us within 15 minutes and a good series of communications followed. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us through the whole process, including when we asked to look at several other cars. My wife and I decided on the Kia Rio. The process went very smoothly. The rate for our financing was less than the prequalification, which was handled by Eric, one of the managers. We were pleased with the handling of our trade in as well. I would definitely recommend Hertz Auto Sales for a used car purchase. Be sure to ask for Chandler!!

Went looking for a black 2016 Kia Optima with 48000 miles at $12800, they told I qualified with my $2500 trade in that was a 2007 mustang, then they told me that the financing company wanted me to have a car that held a better value, so they offered me a Toyota Camry that I did not show interest and then a red Hyundai Elantra that I did not care for it. Two days later I called several times and was finally told that I was ready to sign the papers and my mustang trade in. When I sat down I was told that I had to give $1000 cash down payment( they never told me that at our first meeting) and the financing was for the red 2015 Elantra with 68000 miles on it. I got up and walked away. No wonder that they are always with no customers, really bad service!

I bought the car. Dennis was a great help.... even when.i ran into problems with the trade in. I'd recommend Hertz car sales without hesitation.

This place is garbage. What you see is LITERALLY what you get and by that I mean a dirty interior that could easily be cleaned with a detailing. I almost bought a 2017 Nissan Maxima that appeared to be in great condition until I found an ever so obvious defect in the driver side door and a small missing panel on the inside of the car as well. I straight up told them I would of bought the car if not for the door being in the condition it was. It made a hollow noise when slamming it shut and as a previous owner of an Altima, I know that sound was not normal! They didn’t seem to care one bit that they would have had a sale if they would have just fixed the door. Beautiful car but the door has obviously been replaced and was done in a careless manner. Don’t go here, they really don’t care to actually try and sell you the cars, they want you to come and sell it to yourself with no effort from the “salesmen”. Never coming back to a Hertz.

Before I submitted any inquiries online, I personally visited the dealership. I checked how the working environment looked like. A lady called Elizabeth greeted me cordially and answered all the questions I had for her. I walked the lot freely looking at cars I saw in their website. There was absolutely no pressure from her as, after my first visit, she kept answering questions politely. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Nissan Sentra. The process to buy a car at Hertz was explained to me from day one. Something that I really liked and enjoyed as a customer was that I dealt with one person only the whole time. In general, the Hertz Car Sales Orlando group did an excellent job!

Not good, to many people involved no one knew anything about the car I wanted to buy then when I was ready to buy inflated the cost.

We went personally to the dealer, it was raining too hard, and we couldn't see the car in detail, but they keep in contact with me without the pressure, always answering questions. We didn't bought the car from them .
