Hertz Car Sales Norwalk

Very nice, No pushing you. No adding junk insurance to add more money. They have set prices. The only complain car had one key. To buy one 300.00. I did not like that facts. Car comes w two keys. Price was fair and appropriate car had a lot of miles for one year car.

The sales representative, Nancy Ramirez, really worked with me and met my needs.

Hertz Car Sales would not provide a copy of the title, so of course my lender would not fund the loan. So I did not buy the car. The salesman, John, was nice and seemed honest.

Never acknowledged I was there, I spent a good 20 mins walking around then when I was going to ask one of the guys working there (a black guy) he ran off as soon as he saw us. Should’ve payed attention to the yelp comments but I wanted to go check it out and thought it was going to go bad for me.

Worked with Doug, he was nice. He appeared to pretty tired. The office experience was not what I expected. No water or coffee offered while waiting.It was extremely hot inside, the air was on but very low. The office was old and overall look was dated. No warranty other then power train offered, but that is always given by the dealer, I was disappointed that they did not even fill up the gas tank with purchase. Overall i was in and out of there in a couple of hours. I am glad that I went in with a pre approval as they banks they had available had very high interest rates.

The sales person was fantastic but the person that finished the paper work was very hard to understand. Thay should have someone that does that work learn to speak better English.

Actually my experience at Hertz was so fantastic I bought a more expensive car. Adrianna the sales person was a joy to deal with.

Everything is great until you pay. Then you are no one. Channa, who I purchased the car from, refuses to give me a spare key and keeps telling me to call "Nathan" for a "good deal." Shady and not a good deal at all. Any problem I have the response is the same, "sorry I can't do anything." If something is wrong with the car have them fix it ON THE SPOT. Trying to get them to put clips in the very loose bumper from a previous accident (when the car was a rental) and am now being LIED to. "I never said we would fix it someone else must have told you." I only spoke to 2 people my entire time there: Channa and the manager Josef. Extremely disappointed as I thought for sure everyone would be just as helpful after purchasing the car. False!

Bought my cat here. Very statisfied. Friendly service. Easy to talk. No haggle price.

I found salesman Greg Koziak to be very helpful and honest in his dealings. He actually went out of his way to have a vehicle from Torrence, Ca delivered to the Norwalk, Ca location for my inspection and test drive. I very much appreciated his extra effort.

I actually bought my 2012 Jeep Liberty here and I love it. It was very easy and painless -- and the dealer was able to get us a better rate for our loan than we were offered at our longstanding bank! Amazing. Thai was great. I couldn't be happier!!
