The salesperson Hunter lied to me. He said the car I drove to see was not there. Then salesperson Ray lied to me and said the car is there and would be ready the following day. We gave him additional day to get it ready and when we went there it was not ready. Due to this I will not purchase my vehicle from them.

This dealer is not honest. They advertised a 4RUNNER just to attack customers with intentions to sell Mitsubishi. Once my husband and I got to the dealership, the 4Runner is hidden somewhere. They tried to convince us that a 4Runner was not the right car for us, instead they showed us all the Mitsubishi’s they believed are they types of cars we should be looking at not a 4Runner. I thought that was very insulting. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone

Well my sales guy Chris was very friendly he was new a did a good job however it’s a lot they do t tell you I when I got there they were saying the truck was not there it was getting checked at pep boys they all the sudden they found it I test drive it it drives well I get back tell they the intenna is broken as I looked on roof the response was well radio works we sell as is they was vehicle and had all the scapes and scratches and I asked for a car fax they refused to give me or a inspection report I took to a gmc dealer to get it checked car had been on accident hertz never told me that overall does not sit right manager still has not called me back to take care of this not impressed at all

I took a visit on 9/11/2020 and the 2019 dodge charger gt’s they had available were not clean at all. None of the workers even came outside to even talk to me about the cars. I saw one guy outside but he was out there cranking up another car but no customers were there. I was very disappointed with the cars and customer service

Don Knowles was my sales person. No BS, no frills, just telling you what was what. Did a great job and was super helpful. If you bank with Community First Credit Union, your process will be challenging. There are some issues between that particular credit union and Hertz sales. Be prepared to 'work' to get a check to Hertz if you finance through that credit union. Any other credit union or bank and you are fine. Also finance through a credit union to get better rates.
Right now inventory is at crazy low prices (under NADA suggested). I bought my vehicle and actually have equity.
Some things you need to know. Hertz is not like a dealership. There isn't any haggling, the vehicles won't be detailed, what you see is what you get. Also they are VERY busy but they have GREAT deals going on. The paperwork process was pretty simple. Once I had my check in hand I was out in less than an hour.
If you are looking to haggle prices or negotiate extras, this isn't the place.

Very difficult to get in touch with anyone. I wanted details on the options of the vehicle and Don said I would just need to reserve it online and rent it first. Wouldn’t even provide any information. I purchased a vehicle elsewhere and would not recommend Hertz car sales

The guy I talk to seem to be knowledgeable I just didn’t understand
why the vehicle was $3000 less than any other vehicle exactly the same
he did tell me he thought that the van was out of balance not sure what
that meant I thought it was the tires but he kept he insisted that it was
out of balance

Worked with Troy and he was very helpful. When I went in they were very busy causing a bit of a wait but I was taken care of once I was next. The cars on the lot that I looked at were in excellent condition for used fleet vehicles. The only things I noted on their cars that is negative is they don't replace tires and for some reason almost all their cars only come with a single key and sometimes not even the keyless entry portion

Zachary responded right away when we contacted Hertz. We test drove two vehicles, and though we bought neither, our experience was positive. There was follow up after our visit, and we would certainly go back there if Hertz had a car we liked at the price we liked.
