Finance manager rude as they come. Tried too charge me last second an extra 2 grand, and once I said no to that he straight up gave me rude responses like “I won’t stop you from checking out other cars then bye.” Also, I asked about a specific 2024 Kia soul, and they told me an hour before I left it was available. When I got there they told me it was sold that morning, very dishonest on their end. The salesman was very nice, but it was overshadowed by the finance manager who came in straight up asking for more money, no intro or anything. Also got a better deal at another car than they offered
Was as quick as it typically is to buy a car. I got to test drive fairly quickly.
After that, we had to sit through the days-long process of all the forms, but this isn’t their fault, it’s just the process. After signing 90000000 forms (only a few in blood ), we were finished.
Despite the fact that there were a ton of people in the dealership, I was seen quickly and got to test drive the car almost immediately. And when I said I wanted to purchase, was seated and started the process immediately!
They were very considerate, offering me to come back the next day because the car’s charge was so low. Didn’t feel the typical used-car sales pressure. It was basically, “Here’s the car. If you like it then tell me.”

The first woman I spoke to, Cindy, was great, and we set up a test drive for 6:30 PM.
A few hours later, I get a text out of nowhere from someone named Abdel, he didn’t introduce himself, and who says “let’s set up an appointment for the purchase of your car.” I thought that was very presumptuous of him since I hadn’t even test driven it!
and I don’t like getting pressure sales maneuvers like that.
Also, the price of the car jumped up $2000 up to $18,000! I have picture evidence of this car for sale at $16k, and when I wrote Abdel, just said that the car market changes. I interpreted the increase as “a bait and switch” on me. That’s when the consumer is lead to believe one thing at the beginning of a potential sale, and the price is suddenly switched. That’s such a scam. I won’t use Hertz again.

I have purchased a vehicle before from Hertz and was pleasantly surprised.
The salesman was amazing and the vehicle was in perfect shape.
I was excited about purchasing this Sonata but when we arrived and got in the car it was a mess!
Sticky stuff on the console, grime on the doors.
The vehicle was not only dirty but had mechanical and cosmetic issues.
The liner on the sun roof was detached, the drivers side door was broken and other smaller blemishes.
We took the vehicle on the highway and as we sped up to 60mph the vehicles front end began to shake. You could actually see the steering wheel shake.
We went back to the dealership and he took it out for a test drive himself and his words when he came back is “yes there is a SLIGHT shake”
I am thinking it shouldn’t shake at all!
We drove 5 hours to get this vehicle and left very upset.
I am really glad I didn’t buy it sight unseen due to the first experience I had being so great!!
Don’t buy from HERTZ!!
Salesman was very friendly and answered all my questions and even stayed late to let me view the vehicle.

Zero integrity. Terrible Service. They sold a car out from under me as they were actively running
my credit after I had said I would purchase it that day. After that they were difficult to get in
contact with and management was rude about it, essentially telling me "it happens, our staff did
everything correctly."

Concerned about sending a cashier check for the purchase. Seemed as if they only wanted cash
or to finance... Dealership did follow up, but we had already purchased a vehicle from another
dealer.
Terrible experience! They don’t have a clue about professionalism or time management. I had the white Englishman, I don't recall his name. He seemed “put out” doing his job showing me vehicles. Lastly, when I made him awareness of his father time method for getting the deal done, he gave me a bogus offer on my car (about $2K short of its bluebook trade in value) and threw the offer sheet in my lap! When I told him that I disnt accept, he said “I’m sorry then, we cant help you!” and slid me my key. The place is ran like downtown Accra, Ghana. Stay away from this dealer!

We were very interested in this vehicle so we made the trip out to test drive it. It was fairly priced and we liked everything about the vehicle, except the auto start/stop was not working and the dash clearly displayed the error warning (There was also a huge scratch on the side, but that was a secondary concern). We told them that we would be interested in purchasing the vehicle, but not until they had that fixed (which seems like a more than reasonable request). We were told in no uncertain terms that we would have to buy it first and then take it to a dealership ourselves to have the problem fixed. When we told them that we weren’t willing to do that, they said “that’s fine, we can just sell it to the dealership directly.” Even after this vehicle has been on their lot for over a month they made it clear that they did not need our sale and that it wasn’t worth their time to even discuss it. I recommend you stay away from this place if you want any level of quality customer service.

it really seem like no one wanted to help. and when some did they told me the vehicle was already sold. and I ask how could that be when the first sales person, said the vehicle was not in yet? they said well it was sold.

I called to ask more details about transferring the vehicle to Austin was told that they don’t do that and basically can not help me out. When it does say that there is a $300 transfer fee. I was willing to purchase this vehicle but now taking my business else where.
Looked for a car in my area and this dealership popped
up with a delivery charge. Sent a email with a couple of
questions and informing them I was interested in a
vehicle, got back a response with seem like a automated
email. So I called in and spoke with someone about the
questions I had and about the delivery charge, I was told
I'll call you right back never got the phone call. Needless
to say I didn't purchase that car.
The most unprofessional, rude staff I have ever encountered. The vehicle they were emailing
back and forth on wasn't even on the lot. (Had never even come to the lot) Tossed me keys to
another one and sent me on test drive alone. Didn't even walk the vehicle or go go over features.
Extremely terrible. There was NO WHERE for me as a customer to even park. Don't waste your
time with these people.

This dealership provided excellent customer service and was accommodating to my schedule since I work over night and sleep during the day. I had a whole day planned to test drive vehicle I was interested in at various dealerships. I ended up purchasing one prior to making it to this dealership and they were understanding. No complaints here.

Horrible experience, I called and went saw the SUV, when I was looking at all details another salesman stole the keys, was rude and unprofessional as another customer was coming to get the car. The manager was rude and shouted at me.Although I was first there another customer came and they sold the car to her. Extremely unprofessional experience, time waste will never go back

I drove 2 hours to drive this car.. It was nice. But small, I think ima looking more for a bigger car atm.. When I walked in the gentleman that helped me, I feel like he wasn't trying to make a sale, after showing me a couple of cars he then told me the business has Ben so slow that he wanted to kill him self.... but I definitely had some money to put down... Oh weelll!

I visited this place a couple times, on my second visit I bought a car and it all goes back to Ayuba. I recommend Ayuba out of everyone there, very ethical, will work hard with and for you to get the car you like, and will constantly follow up with calls. He made my experience a fantastic one.

Truck wasn't detailed :( Truck felt like it had a transmission slip....ever so slight hesitation while cruising. Other than that seemed in good shape. Hertz said they would follow up. Did not purchase.

I sent an email through CarGurus asking what their shipping options are, since I life in California. I got an email asking me to schedule a test drive and not answering my question. I replied, again asking if they'd ship to another Hertz location in my area and how much it would be. Never heard back after that.

Bought my 2016 Sonic LTZ from Hertz and it was quick and easy. I went in on my lunch break, got the deal started, and had it closed within a few hours. Car has been solid and I have no complaints about this dealership - they were great and so is the car!

The rep got us the key and walked us to the van. After that, we were pretty much an afterthought. We could not figure out why the push start wasn't working. When I asked him to come out and help us, he walked halfway with me, say someone looking at a vehicle and walked away to them. We waited about 10 minutes then watched him go back inside. We eventually figured it out (you have to hold the brake when starting). When we got back, we waited for him to finish with another couple. We wanted to apply for financing. He left twice for a few minutes at a time, without explanation. For some reason, he did not put both of us on the application so we had to start it again. He walked away again and was gone for about 10 minutes with no explanation. We could not find him. I had one of the reps remove our information from the computer and went a different dealer where we got the exact same model in black, same features, less mileage and a better deal. Oh yeah, we also got great customer service. I will never go back to Hertz for anything. There are other companies that would love to treat me well and earn my business.

Glen Fletcher made my interest in vehicles from Hertz worthwhile.
He was honest about vehicles' conditions, informed me about their
pricing policy (they, for the most part, do not negotiate on price), and
gave me helpful advice regarding the used car market. But beware,
other salesmen at Hertz will mislead you about the condition of a
vehicle to make a sale. Glen Fletcher is the only reason this
dealership did not receive a 1-star rating.

minor items within the truck. Be
prepared for a long non traditional

its vehicles by washing and
waxing them routinely. Vehicle
was not washed until I came to
make the purchase. I visited
numerous times and the vehicle
was very dirty.
