Will was a great salesman to work with primarily and Javier patiently helped us finalize purchase when my financial institution was slow in their responses. I feel I got a good car at a good price and would recommend hertz sales wholeheartedly .

Contacted me and I went to see the vehicle but they were very busy so I decided to return later. As it turns out, I found another vehicle before I got back to them. I am sure they would have been very good to work with; the fact that they had so many customers the day I arrived tells me they are very good and easy to do business with.

I got the car want and they help me get approved

They responded and set up an appointment, but when I got there, nobody was able to help me. The only salesman that seems to be around told me to go wander the lot and look for the Sonatas and write down the VIN number if I wanted to look inside one and they would get me the key. It was dark and cold, and I was the only person in the lot and did not feel safe as a woman by myself. I left, and will never do business with them.

Contacted me to tell me that none of the Explorers on their website was in stock making it very difficult to know when or if to go see them. Told me they would get back to me when any of the vehicles arrived, haven't heard anything from them in well over a week. Not impressed.

Misleading advertisements, cars they had were listed as R Lines but in the paragraph below they are listed as S types, a detail I overlooked which only lead to frustration. I spent the early part of my day securing a car loan from Bank of America only to not use it on something I didn't want nor that I was looking for. A waste of my time.

Did not choose to buy the advertised vehicle but the Hertz Rep was very helpful in answering questions and providing additional pictures to assess vehicle condition.

The Attendant was a really good guy. Polite and answered all my questions. The Car has a can damaged on the right side below the passenger door. And also many scratches. My 4 stars go to the attendant.

The best car-buying experience I could ever ask for! Mark made everything easy with no pressure. I was there looking at vehicles at the end of the day and couldn't make up my mind which one I wanted. He advised me to get online at home and fill out the application to get pre-approved. I ended up finding a hybrid in the color I wanted that they had in their back lot. Went back the next day and the guys in finance made it happen with payments I can live with. I can't say enough good things...super easy, super friendly, and now I'm super happy!!!

Rep was generally kind over texting in our communication. However, very a did not offer any buying options. Very a just flat said no even with a substantial amount of money. Overall they were no help to me.

Prices were ok but salesman did not seem to have knowledge of what was available on the lot. I was not set on one particular car. No personality. Did not stay long.

The car we test drove then left to get the money to buy it and returned a hour later, they could not sell it to us because they said it was sold the day before.

Fernando was excellent! I was considering a 2011 Mercedes Benz C-Class. I purchased from another dealer, but again, Fernando and the others at Hertz were very accomodating and professional. Will definitely go there first the next time I look for a car.
