Felt very rushed. The staff started out being helpful, but as we began to make a deal, negative things kept happening. First, they informed me that they do not take outside financing of ANY kind. That really bothered me, but I thought that I really wanted the car so I chose to allow them to quote me. The quote (interest rate and payment) came back too high. The second time it was better but still not what I wanted, yet I still chose to proceed. As we continued to try and finalize things, they dropped several bombs in my lap. The car had been in an accident, the car does not have any warranty left and that I would need to purchase one which would add $6000 more to my financing. No way! They should have provided this info up front. I felt jerked around and pressured and manipulated. I ended up leaving and I am glad that I did because I got a much better deal somewhere else.

Both Kiaya & Hannah were phenomenal agents. Hertz was simple, straightforward process, I was able to go, get a test drive, & pay for the car all without extra fees at a good rate. Highly recommend Hertz Car Sales for buying a car.

Talked to dealer and the car advertised had not been run through the shop and prepared for sale. It would take a week. 2 days later I started receiving cars daily from the BDI unit wanting me to came look at the car. Still was not sent to shop yet. As of last week, it still is not completed.

The adjusted the price 3 times with 1-day and didn’t honor the price although I showed them a picture. The my claimed the car went through reconditioning but it was dirty, smelled like smoke and parts of the car didn’t work per manufacturer specs. The head of sales told on one of my concerns that all 4-cylinder cars make this clicking noice. I told him that my Hyundai mechanic told me that the valves need to be adjusted. I bought a car from Hertz 4-years ago and had nothing but problems and they didn’t take care of me for the 1 year warranty they offered. Scam sorry to say.

I live out of state and got them to email me a purchace order late in the afternoon. The next morning I took off from my job and got the financing approved and a check for the vehicle I was purchacing. I had spoken several times that same day to the dealership, giving them updates on how it was going and had an appointment to pick the car up and sign paperwork. I sent them a picture of the check at 4:30 pm and was told they would take it off of the market once they got the picture. After 10 min they said they would have to call me back in 5 min, they were trying to sell the same car I had a check for! After another 15 min, I called them back and they said if a customers financing application was approved they were going to sell them the car. The VERY RUDE delership manager called me back to tell me that I should have driven to Charlotte the previous day and financed with them, that is why they sold the car!! I wasted a day off work and hours of my time delling with this dealership!!

The dealer Clifford answered all my questions and also made sure I had all information for everything I asked of the car. He also followed up with me and gave me a list of other model year cars of the same just in case I changed my mind on the particular car in question with price. The only thing I didn’t like was they gave me a car that was extremely overdue for an oil change BUT they gave me a place to take it to on them for the inconvenience. I would buy from them again and recommend this lot.

I did purchase, however looking at this I was over-charged. mileage was 51961 price was $17308 due to 3 add on service plans totaling $3779 which was NEVER discussed with me until signing. I felt as I had no choice. So even after paying $4100 down in the hope of a lower car payment I still ended up financing $13208. I left feeling something was off, now I see. (let me check the vin to ensure I was sold the car I went to see)

What can I say. The sales rep called me after I expressed interest in a car. I never called back because I had bad experience with this particular car place in the recent past. Basically, cars that were advertised were never available! We were told to wait several days and had to ourselves call back to follow up. On top of it, I was told 2 different estimates for my Ford for trade in that changed in a week. Original estimate was $2500 a week later for a car that was not driven we were offered $1300. We worte a letter to company complaining about the process and never heard back! The prices Hertz offers are good but to actually finalize the deal is another story. My husband believes the advertisement is just a front for some other activities that go on.

The salesman was not willing to fix anything at first i walked away come back talking to nother salesman at same places make him fix what needs to be done then the other problem i pays for the car still not receiving it because they don’t have the douckiment on hand i have to wait for two week or more to get my car

David Shinn at Hertz was very helpful and show us additional car Nissan Altima and the price was not a big difference from the Sentra. I recommended anyone looking for a car to try. They have always cars in their lot. The negative is the office and lot is bit small. They need a new dealer space with a bigger lot.

I received a quick response when I inquired about a car is the only contact I had with the company. I didn’t need further contact from them because I purchased a car from another dealership. The information about the car was wrong and the dealer was unapologetic. I drove almost 2 hours only to find that the Prius c Four was actually a One. I was more disappointed in the attitude I encountered than with my loss of time and money.

My husband and I liked everyone that helped us! They were all so personable and made our first car buying experience so easy. We love that they only sell their own rental cars and the Kia Sportage we bought was in great condition. Financing through them was soooo easy and they worked hard to get us the best APR %. They were honestly the best deal in Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Hertz was phenomenal. Ended up buying the car. It has a great one year/12,000 mile warranty and the sales people actually tried to help me not fill out endless paperwork and got me to test drive the car within 15 minutes. They got us in and out in under 30 minutes overall and they also don't get any commission from the sales, so they are way more chill. We bought from them because they also took one last look at the car for us before we purchased it and will have it detailed too. Again, cant say enough about it!

Initial response was good. Then when I called to arrange an appointment, I asked the salesman if the car was still available. He didn't know! Although he had sent me an email that very morning! , he then said (after I asked) that it was sold 3 days earlier. Then I asked if he had any other hybrids for sale. He said he didn't know but would "check on it and get back to me ". That's the last I heard from him.
